今天给了30k booking fee
请问下一步是要着什么?
何时要给10%,何时签spa,何时要jieloan?

給了booking后,
就可以用booking receipt借loan(建議找到幾家銀行做比較再決定)
待loan批了及確定選哪家銀行后就簽letter of offer
之後找律師做SPA以及loan agreement |

你貸款批准后(14工作天申請)
銀行會把你的letter of offer交給developer的律師,
律師之後就會聯絡你。可以的話loan agreement也給同一位律師做會比較快。 |

standard procedure:
1. 給booking fee
2. apply借貸 (normally14工作天申請*)
3. sign snp + 給balance of 10%
4. sign loan agreement.
5. 等bank出$$給vendor 的bank & vendor
6. 拿key收屋. |
