这是我刚才Email给Protxn的email内容:
To whom it may concern,
Hi, I am Mr. Chang from Johor Bauru, a Proton car owner. In about June 2010, I took my car Gen2 Cps. However the next day, I found one after another of many problems and which is very serious.
I even began to doubt that I’ve purchased a Recon of Gen2 cps, while not entirely new. Due to this matter, it has led me to spend a lot of time to solve, or even the time has affected my work and progress.
On the fifth day after collecting the new car, problem is getting worse, even the roof of the car has flow in some water which the car agent had stated at the moment of negotiation that the problem has been solved and the Gen 2 cars that he had sold did not contain of this problem. Then I found the screws have rusted in many places, e.g. the seat belt, the seats and the bonnet lock. When I sent my car to the tinted installation, the foreman actually told me that the front left door was lack of one screw. As the problem may affect my safety, so I contacted the sales of car agent, Mr. Eddy Wong which worked in Proton Edar, LOT 323, Jalan Tebrau, Johor Bahru (next to Crystal Crown Hotel). He gave me the response which I thought it was in a rude way. He stated that he has handed me the car and he will not be responsible for the remaining issues anymore. He mentioned to me that the problem which I’m encountering with currently should directly visit the Proton Service Centre which is located at Plentong, Johor Bahru. This was what he told me during the first call after I’ve found out the problem.
Is there any sale of basic morality for the Proton Car Agents? The agent avoided me and refused to meet up with me to go into the details for two days.
In no way, I went to the police station to make a police report regarding this issue. Police advised me to go directly to the Proton Service Centre, because it’s a new car, and the car is still under warranty period. The police stated that the problem that I face will be replaced and resolved by the Service Centre. The next day I took leave from the company and went to Plentong's Service Centre. I went to the counter and made inquiries but I actually was told "your agent needs to come along with you, and then you have to get the company letter from the car agent regarding the problems of your car." This reply made me feel that I was like a football, kicked back and forth by both sides! Therefore in no way, I showed the staff of my Police Report and only they finally agreed to accept my complaint. Throughout the process, the foreman helped me to check out the problem areas and took a copy of photos of the rusted areas and etc, and I was told that he would help me to write a report to the KL Head Office regarding my complaints and try to seek solutions for it.
I do hope Proton can handle this problem well about the quality of the car and the attitude of the car agent. I, as the consumer, I paid the same price as others but in my case, I didn’t get an equal quality that others do. In fact, I’m so disappointed of the car quality that Proton has produced. It is really such a shame!
Police also told me that if Proton is not willing to help out on my current situation, I can go to consumer associations to complaint about this issue. I also hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible, after all, I work in Singapore, and thus transport is very important to me. I do not hope for any delay again.
I hope Proton agents can enhance the quality of service. As for the car agent that I’ve met, I hope Proton would give me a reasonable explanation due to the poor attitude that I’ve received. Last but not least, the car agent should receive a reasonable punishment due to his poor service! I was taken aback by the slipshod attitude of the car agent. Evidently, he should have provided a better service for the customers. The ever worst service provided!
I hope that this matter would be looked into and I look forward to receiving your explanation of this incident. I hope you could now start to provide this service before it will be published in the newspaper. |

如此明显的旧车都卖给人。。。有这么笨的SA。。。
LZ做对,报警+投诉。。。
只是差在还没雇佣打手去干事。。。 |

其实我家人也有遇过,不过是第二国产车,才买一天就要送回土库维修!之前家人买了一架myvi,驾回家半路在highway死火!call给SA他说是电箱问题,于是拿了一个新的电箱而且charge满了的来换,他的服务就算到这里了,之后就没有他的事。回到家晚上驾出来又死火在半路!好在是在家附近,结果家人帮忙推回家,家人觉得好丢脸!于是第二天再Call那SA,他就说没办法要送回土库service,才买一天的车。。。 |

新Gen2头顶黑色的
sportrim黑色的
而且2008-2010没有蓝色这款Gen2哦!
