在还是under master title的时候,如果屋主要卖他的产业,lawyer会先写信给developer确认一些问题,包括:1)beneficial owner of the property;2)whether the strata title has been issued;3)particular of the property and master title,etc
确认后,没问题就会prepare S&P给vendor和purchaser签
如果purchaser要拿loan 来购买那property,银行律师也会写信给developer要求给letter of undertaking还有要求master quit rent receipt。如果一切没问题,银行才会release loan给purchaser,之后就是delivery of vacant possession和release balance purchase price给vendor
