（吉隆坡21日讯）达证券行在一份投资报告中，建议投资者“买入”砂拉越种植有限公司（SWKPLNT），并将目标价订在5.10令吉，这较现有股价出现64.52%的潜在赚益。

上述目标价是基于2008财政年每股盈利12倍而订。该本益比较中型种植公司的12.6倍平均本益比轻微调低，主要是考虑到砂拉越种植的流动现金有限所致。达证券行相信，市场还未完全真正领悟到该集团的潜在盈利，部份原因是缺乏详细研究。它的股价相对地跑输大市，自从去年8月上市以来，其股价仅上升6%而已。

达证券行相信砂拉越种植的盈利在2008财政年可以增加双倍至1亿1800万令吉。这使得每股盈利可获42.2仙，以及按现股价计算，其本益比是非常便宜的8倍。

砂拉越种植的盈利前景光明，主要是拜较高的原棕油价格所赐。集团管理层暗示，假设每公吨原棕油价格上升100令吉，净利将会增加500万令吉。基于上述估计，2007财政年的原棕油平均售价是每公吨2455令吉。

此外，达证券行相信在2008财政年，鲜果束产量将会出现反弹趋势。过去两个财政年鲜果束的产量不断向下，主要是由于未成熟的树占较高的比例。介于06至10财政年，鲜果束产量估计是以8.3%的常年增长率来增长。增长动力是来自成熟园丘增加鲜果束产量所致。

另一方面，砂拉越种植积极扩充地库亦会加强长期盈利基础。去年杪，它宣布在砂州总共购入1万8400公顷的土地，当中的1万零786公顷土地是未经耕种的乡郊土地。当收购后，集团的总地库就大幅增至5万1160公顷，而可种植的土地面积就会增加52%至4万1262公顷。

达证券行获悉该集团受邀在印尼加里曼丹开发5万公顷种植园丘。若落实上述行动，将会是它首次在砂州以外地方进行扩充计划，这反映该集团在投资海外上更趋成熟与乐观。

（吉隆坡21日訊）亮眼業績加上高股息帶動，砂種植（SWKPLNT，5135，主要板種植）股價一舉衝破3令吉，創下3年半新高水平，未來財測獲上調。

砂種植甫開市即攀上3.08令吉，漲16仙或5.4%，為全日最高點，同時也是2008年7月15日以來最高水平。

休市時該股揚14仙，暫報3.06令吉，交投量17萬2900股，為馬股十大上升股之一。

截至去年12月底末季，砂種植營業額雖按年微跌3.5%至1億1162萬令吉，淨利卻增4.9倍至1967萬令吉，主要來自子公司的撥備損失貢獻。

但全年仍交出亮眼業績，營業額揚41%至4億7936萬令吉，淨利漲1.4倍至8224萬5000令吉。

為此砂種植第四季派發高出預期的10仙股息，全年股息達16.3仙，高于2010財年的7.5仙。

艾芬證券研究分析報告指出，整體而言，該公司歷經數個欠佳季度后，產出及營運表現改善值得贊許，將上調2012及2013財年財測。

為此該行上調目標價，從2.49至2.67令吉，但仍低于目前砂種植交易水平，因此建議“減持”，主要考量該公司低股票流通量及種植地面積小。

MIDF證券研究認為，砂種植本財年業績不會再表現得像2011財年般標青，加上欠動力的成長前景，維持中立評級，目標價3.18令吉。

砂種植（SWKPLNT，5135，主要板種植）管理層看好今、明兩年的油棕鮮果串（FFB）產量將大幅成長，連帶淨利預測獲得上修，投資評級從“減持”（Reduce）調高至“增持”（Add）。

管理層預計，2012財年鮮果串產量將按年成長23%，2013財年料增長14%，都比我們的12%和8%預測來得高。

2012財年的成熟種植區面積，預計將從2萬5893公頃減至2萬4600公頃。

淨利將上修
截至去年12月31日，種植區總面積達2萬9276公頃，平均樹齡12年，其中2萬5893公頃為成熟種植區。

依砂種植的翻種計劃，未成熟種植區估計今年底，將擴大至1萬3900公頃，2013年底再擴至1萬8430公頃，油棕樹的平均樹齡將降至9.3年及8.2年。

假設2012財年的生產成本每公噸1600令吉，2013至2014財年為1500令吉，及原棕油價格預測每公噸3000令吉，本財年的淨利預測將上修19.1%，2013和2014財年各調高23.6%及26.2%。

目標價格因此從2.67令吉上調到3.18令吉。砂種植的股息也深具吸引力，淨股息回酬為5.4%。

（吉隆坡2日訊）砂種植（SWKPLNT，5135，主板種植組）鮮果串有望從每公頃13公噸，兩年內增至業界平均水平的20公噸左右，肯納格研究唱好今明年淨利按年增長14至24%，有望錄下9千400萬令吉與突破1億1千600萬令吉。

根據其估計，現財政年每公頃鮮果串若由目前平均13公噸增至16.8公噸，淨利可望增長23%。預測今明兩財政年棕油價每公噸高於3千100令吉，若棕油價比此預測更高，淨利或有更大驚喜。

有望慷慨派息
分析員也預測公司慷慨派息，每股派16.7至20.7仙股息，或周息率達5.5至6.8%，較業界1.3至4.4%高。

基於估值偏低，本財政年本益比9.1倍，較中等種植股的13.3至15.6倍低，每公頃企業價值（EV）約為2萬6千500令吉，較砂勞越油棕（SOP，5126，主板種植組）的4萬6千令吉和其餘種植公司的7萬至7萬3千令吉低。

“我們預期砂種植現財政年將凌厲擴張種植，種植面積料按年增長32%至9千200公頃，至3萬8千504公頃，使未成年油棕樹佔種植區12%增至36%，與雲頂種植（GENP，2291，主板種植組）、怡保種植（IJMPLNT，2216，主板種植組）等大型種植股並駕齊驅。”

基於須保留一些現金作擴充種植用途，預期其派息率低於過去5年的55至60%，只達50%。

去年3月與10月，該公司由新任董事經理與首席營運員領導，2011年12月截止財政年淨利按年增長139%至8千200萬令吉，主要是鮮果串豐收率增長15%至每公噸13公噸，煉油率增長42百分點至21.03%。

“目前仍在漸入佳境期，預計2013財政年可改善至業界水平的每公頃採收20公噸鮮果串，使鮮果串按年增長40%至44萬零488公噸。”

砂拉越种植720万卖地

（吉隆坡30日讯）砂拉越种植（SwkPlnt，5135，主板种植股）宣布，以720万令吉脱售位65块土地给Everlasting Prospoerity私人有限公司。

资料显示，上述65块土地位于民都鲁，总面积为2万3340平方尺。

砂拉越种植在1998年，以174万令吉买下上述土地。这意味着，集团此次转售土地，即带来546万令吉利润。

“决定脱售土地是因为收购价吸引，董事局也认为，接受购买献议可释放潜在价值。”[Nanyang]
