开电话店没卖mp3可是却被贸销部说我非法拥有.

如题，小弟开的电话店，因为最近捉得很凶，
所以都没卖mp3了，可是却在帮顾客backup memory的时候被贸销部的人突击，
之后虽然说我没卖，可是他们却说我非法拥有很多mp3而没收了我的电脑，
衰衰的是顾客的memory里面还有很多A片在里面，
然后说我等着十月十二号上法庭，
请问我该如何是好？

如果我认错了是不是要还5千块就可以解决问题，
还是他们会一首一首歌来跟我算?
打官司我却没那么多钱请律师...

当天有好几个顾客在那里backup和format电话，我都不知道谁是谁的了~

反正现在每个人的手机都有mp3啦。。
如果一首一首来算很吃力。。
一首好像要罚款RM1000
然后A片的话，也是很严重下的。

1987版权法令，第41条(d)： possesses, otherwise than for his private and domestic use, any infringing copy;：

shall, unless he is able to prove that he had acted in good faith and had no reasonable grounds for supposing

Section 41A. Compounding of offences.
(1) The Controller or a Deputy Controller or any person authorized in writing by the Controller may with the written consent of the Public Prosecutor compound any offence under this Act or subsidiary legislation made thereunder which is prescribed to be a compoundable offence by accepting from the person reasonably suspected of having committed such offence a sum of money not exceeding such amount as may be prescribed.

(2) Upon receipt of the payment under subsection (1) , no further proceedings shall be taken against such person in respect of such offence and where possession has been taken of any goods, such goods may be released, subject to such conditions as may be imposed in accordance with the conditions of the compound.

至于A片。。。
刑事法典292(c) takes part in or receives profits from any business in the course of which he knows or has reason to believe that any such obscene objects are for any of the purposes aforesaid, made, produced, purchased, kept, imported, exported, conveyed, publicly exhibited or in any manner put into circulation;

shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or with fine or with both.

上次试过TRANSFER八百多首MP３被捉，还好不是贸消部！！

哇~你怎么解决的~?
我现在是被MyMix License公司叫贸销部来捉的，
现在贸销部不吃钱，因为怕被另一边追问，
贸销部叫我自己去找那个License公司谈，
结果License公司，要我买他们的License然后说他们会帮我减少要诉我的歌到3或4首左右，
结果只是他们口头上的说而已，
都不知道买了会不会真的减少的，
而且就算4首歌，一首最少2千到2万，
4首最少都要8千了，再加他们的License也不便宜，
一买就要买一年的要2千8百，然后每个月还要另外给一个2百块，
根本就吃不消~
