国油气体TPA措施今生效

（吉隆坡15日讯）国油气体（PETGAS，6033，主板工业产品股）宣布“第三方准入”（TPA）措施，将在明天（16日）正式生效。

国油气体今天在交易所报备，并指这项措施是2016年天然气（修改）法案其中一部分，公司将完全遵守该法案的规定。

同时，能源委员会已经确认，维持目前半岛天然气使用系统、马六甲双溪乌当液化天然气再气化终站，以及边佳兰液化天然气再气化终站的使用收费，直到今年杪。

该公司也将会在未来与能源委员会，对有关收费的框架和数量展开讨论。【e南洋】

行家建议:

收费维持不变对国油气体而言是项大好消息。这个因素在去年拖累股价，接下来也是个威胁，直到宣布新收费。

即使是宣布新收费架构，预计对盈利的影响中和，因政府会保护国油气体的利益，确保盈利。

根据成本转嫁机制（ICPT）和天然气成本转嫁机制（GCPT）的经验，国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸易服股）和大马天然气（GASMSIA，5209，主板贸服股）也没有受影响，成本皆转嫁给最终用户。

另外，TPA也不会影响盈利，因为国油气体只是运输和处理，并非供应天然气。

TPA最多只会影响国油和大马天然气。

尽管目前股价已从低位回弹约19%，相信该股依然被低估。

维持盈利预测和22令吉目标价。在最糟的情况下，分类加总估值（SOP）和未来盈利会跌8%。

末季赚4.87亿
国油气体派息18仙

（吉隆坡26日讯）国油气体（PETGAS，6033，主板工业产品股）在截至去年12月杪的2017财年末季，净利增4.7%，宣布派发19仙股息。

国油气体今天向交易所报备，净利从2016财年末季的4亿6506万1000令吉或每股23.5仙，提高至4亿8669万6000令吉或每股24.6仙。

根据财报，当季净利稳定走高，是因为营业额和联营公司的收入增加。

天然气处理业务贡献大

营业额也从前年同期的11亿5394万3000令吉，年增13%至13亿375万5000令吉，归功于在边佳兰的新液化天然气再气化终站于该季投产，这也推动旗下天然气处理和运输业务营业额。

除了天然气运输业务外，旗下另三大领域，即天然气处理、公共事业和再气化业务，在末季营收都按年增长。

当中贡献最大天然气处理业务，营业额报3亿9180万令吉，年增1.3%，税前盈利年升7.7%至1亿4960万令吉。

第二大业务天然气运输，其营业额和税前盈利分别按年下跌0.2%和4.6%，至3亿2990万令吉和2亿1980万令吉。

累计全年，国油气体净利报17亿9268万2000令吉或每股90.6仙，按年增加3.1%；营业额也年升5.4%，至48亿962万3000令吉。

国油气体宣布派发3亿7600万令吉或每股19仙的第四中期股息，除权日于3月14日，派息日于同月23日。累计全年共派出每股66仙股息，比前年的62仙高。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡30日讯）得益于去年11月启用的边佳兰液化天然气（LNG）再气化终站，加上旗下所有业务营收上涨，国油气体（PETGAS，6033，主板公用股）在2018財政年第3季（截至9月30日止）净利按年增长近20%。

国油气体在第3季净赚4亿9981万令吉，相比去年同期的4亿1743万令吉，按年增19.74%。

其营业额亦按年成长20.51%，由去年同期的11亿6321万令吉，起至14亿零184万令吉。

首3 季而言， 国油气体净赚14亿9236 万令吉， 按年升14.27%，去年同期赚13亿零599万令吉。该公司营业额从去年同期的35亿零587万令吉，按年涨17.26%，至41亿1087万令吉。

同时，国油气体宣布派发每股18仙的第3次中期股息，除权日落在12月13日。

国油气体称，旗下所有天然气处理、运输和再气化工厂继续运作良好。虽然金融成本提高，但得益於再气化与公用业务盈利提高，国油气体同期净利因而成长。

对于前景，国油气体相信，其强劲的收入来源可持续，支撑稳定业绩表现，而边佳兰LNG再气化终站终於作出全年贡献，对其业绩有利。

接下来，国油气体正静候能源委员会（EC）批准2019年天然气运输和再气化服务的税率，预料在今年结束前公布。
