yup.it is...remember, like may, ought to, would, should etc... they are all tenses too.

KNS：

Can is a modal auxiliary verb used to indicate modality. It's not used in tenses.
Tenses/时态指的是一般时态/simple tenses，进行时态/continuous tenses 和完成时态/
perfect tenses, 使用的辅助动词有（be）（do）和（have）三个, can, could, will, would, must 等属于情态助动词/modal auxiliary verbs，不使用于时态/tenses 中。

所谓的时态/Tenses 包括以下这些：

2.        Present Progressive, Present Continuous, Simple Present Progressive or Simple Present Continuous

3.        Simple Past or Past Simple

e.g., I played, you played, he/she/it played, we played, they played

4.        Past Progressive, Past Continuous, Simple Past Progressive or Simple Past Continuous

5.        Present Perfect or Simple Present Perfect

e.g., I have played, you have played, he/she/it has played, we have played, they have played

6.        Present Perfect Progressive or Present Perfect Continuous

至于 may, ought to, would, should...... 这些情态助动词/modal auxiliary verbs 和时态/tenses 扯不上边......千万别被严重误导！！！

不懂做莫，现在的学生酱喜欢用这种独门语法：
She was went to school yesterday.
He is likes to sing.
他们以为用一个was/were 加上一个过去词就是表示过去......
不知道是不是半桶水老师误导他们......

记得有个半桶水国中老师和学生争辩说see 的过去分词也是 saw：see, saw, saw......
第二天回来又说是see, saw, seen，并极力否认自己曾经教过 see, saw, saw...... 我们学校的老师的写照......
不知道多少学生成了这类脸皮形象重要过正确知识的老师的牺牲品......

看情况场合吧......Thank you. You're welcome. Don't mention it. Not at all. It's OK. My pleasure. No problem. No worries（澳洲常会听见）...... 有时不用回答也可以，一个真诚的微笑就行了（个人觉得）......

youtube的回复哪里可以相信，阿狗阿猫都爱上youtube骂人爆粗...... Thank you 或者 Thanks...... 说 Thanks 就不要you了......

with respect/with due respect/with all due respect: 比较正式，有礼貌地表达自己不同的意见时使用：（Cambridge ALD）：With all due respect, Minister, I cannot agree with your last statement.
no offence/offense : 希望你接着要说的话不会冒犯对方时使用：No offense, but your shirt doesn't match your trousers.

6.别人称赞自己的时候用 It's very/extremely kind of you 来回复对吗？

It's very kind of you to... 是表示感激对方所说的话或所做的事。

7.If I'm not mistaken 和 If my memory serves me right（这一句对吗？） 有差吗？要表达“假如没错的话”还有什么其他说法吗？

当然有差，前者是：“如果我没错的话......”，Correct me if I'm wrong, but...
后者是：“如果我没记错的话”，If I remember correctly...

8.Where are you come from? 对吗？之前也是看见有人在 youtube 上争论，虽然知道正常想问人家是哪里人或哪一个国籍的人应该用 Where are you from?/Where do you come from?（是对的吧？两者有差吗？还是有别的问法？），但是还是想知道那句是不是对的。

应该是youtube上的阿狗阿猫在争论，这是很简单的语法，are... come... 是不可能的结构，但本地很常见，可能是来自本国的阿狗阿猫吧......

问了这么多还真不好意思（其实我是不是该自己开别的帖询问），真是不好意思

不要紧，其实解答的人获益更多，加上助人为快乐之本，一举两得。

我英文,不懂哪里不好,反正就是很烂..
单字的理解不深,也不会把字接在一起,就是tense之类的吧..
有时太紧张,就不懂要讲什么了,一直erm...erm...erm...
也不懂该从何学起,有些朋友英文很好,但有时又觉得怪怪的...
另外,尽管是华人,华文也会出错...所以.....洋人会有这问题吗?

洋人当然也会犯错，英语也是很多方言的，所谓的正式英语其实也是方言之一......

都怪我以前上课不专心吧..
至于别人的英文正不正确,以我的能力也很难分辨..
我只知道我的英文有时还会搞乱,就像rumah saya 和 saya rumah...但明明知道,又不懂正确的是怎么样...
挺失败的,真是后悔莫及...
