The Board of Directors of Impiana Hotels Berhad (“Impiana” or “the Company”) (formerly known as Bio Osmo Berhad) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Impiana Cherating Sdn Bhd (“ICSB”) had on 11 September 2019 signed a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Silver Max Asia Pacific Labuan Limited (“Purchaser”) for the enbloc sale of 146 units of serviced suites in Impiana Resort & Residences Cherating ("Impiana Cherating")(“the Property”) for a consideration of RM146.0 million (“Purchase Consideration"). Concurrently with the execution of the SPA, ICSB (as the Lessee) and the Purchaser (as the Lessor), had signed the Lease Management Agreement whereby the Lessor shall lease the Property (defined as the Leased Premises) to ICSB and Deed of Mutual Covenant to govern the management and maintenance of the Property.
