PROCEDURE FOR PROLAPSE AND HEMORRHOIDS (PPH)
Hemorrhoids Procedure Overview
More than 525,000 patients treated annually for symptomatic hemorrhoids.1 Of these approximately 10-20% will require surgical treatment of their condition.2

We will discuss a relatively new procedure called PPH-procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids. PPH offers patients an alternative to other procedures now performed. The PPH procedure may result in reduced post-operative pain and faster recovery.






   




WHAT ARE HEMORRHOIDS AND PROLAPSE?
Hemorrhoids are actually natural vascular tissue found in the anal canal. It is believed that their main function is to protect and cushion the anal canal.3 The term "prolapse" refers to the condition when the hemorrhoidal tissue enlarges and descends downward into the anal canal. Prolapse of the hemorrhoidal tissue, known as "piles," is a very common condition, particularly in people over age 50.4

WHY DOES HEMORRHOIDAL TISSUE PROLAPSE?
A number of factors contribute to hemorrhoidal disease; constipation with prolonged straining and pregnancy are two of the most common causes. With aging, the muscles and other anatomic structures that support the tissue weaken and help contribute to the prolapsation of the hemorrhoids.

WHAT ARE THE COMPLICATIONS OF HEMORRHOIDAL PROLAPSE?
Hemorrhoidal prolapse is often accompanied by bleeding, pain, and the feeling of tissue in the anus. There may also be some mucus discharge.

CURRENT TREATMENT OPTIONS
For patients with a lesser degree of prolapse, Rubber Band Ligation is currently the most widely used procedure in the U.S. for treatment of internal hemorrhoids.5 In this procedure, the hemorrhoidal tissue is pulled into a double-sleeved cylinder to allow the placement of latex/rubber bands around the tissue. (Fig. 1) Over time, the tissue below the bands dies-off and is eliminated during a bowel movement. (Fig. 2) Rubber band ligation can be performed in a doctor’s office and requires little preparation. Often, however, there is the need for more than one procedure to resolve a patient’s condition.6

FERGUSON TECHNIQUE
In this technique, a retractor is used to expose the hemorrhoidal tissue which is removed surgically. (Fig. 3) The remaining tissue is then either sutured or sealed through the coagulation effects of the surgical device. (Fig. 4)

PPH - PROCEDURE FOR PROLAPSE AND HEMORRHOIDS
PPH is a technique developed in the early 90’s that reduces the prolapse of hemorrhoidal tissue by excising a band of the prolapsed anal mucosa membrane with the use of a circular stapling device. In PPH, the prolapse tissue is pulled into a device that allows the excess tissue to be removed while the remaining hemorrhoidal tissue is stapled. This restores the hemorrhoidal tissue back to its original anatomical position.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PPH OVER OTHER SURGICAL PROCEDURES?

Patients experience less pain as compared to conventional techniques.7,8
Patients experience a quicker return to normal activities compared to those treated with conventional techniques.9,10
Mean inpatient stay was lower compared to patients treated with conventional techniques.11,12

WHAT ARE THE RISKS OF PPH?
There are risks that accompany PPH:
If too much muscle tissue is drawn into the device, it can result in damage to the rectal wall.
The internal muscles of the sphincter may stretch, resulting in short-term or long-term dysfunction.

In a comparison of the mean pain scores for patients after conventional and stapled hemorrhoidectomies, patients undergoing stapled hemorrhoidectomy reported significantly lower pain scores13


  

Ten weeks or more after surgery, patients were asked to rate their satisfaction with symptom control. In a comparison of patients having undergone the Milligan-Morgan procedure, (a conventional procedure), more patients who had undergone a stapled hemorrhoidectomy rated their symptom control as good or excellent.14

我已尝试各品牌的纖維。。。
都不能帮助到我。。。


再不行的话。。。就进行PPH 吧。。。。

我朋友的爸爸因此病差点要去动手术，后来有人建议吃黄瓜(timun)他的病就好了。方法很简单把黄瓜去皮后，再挖掉种子，切小片放入冰箱再那来生吃，像吃水果一样，吃一个月后，痔疮就好了。我朋友就把这个方法告诉给他的另一个朋友来医次病，结果也好了。你说妙不妙，不防去试一试，反正吃黄瓜又无害。

首先, 会叫痔疮的都生在肛门. 可以痔疮核所在的位置分为几种..
最明显的症状就是在肛门部分有一个肿粒, 然后在后期时大便会疼痛,  有鲜红色的血.

用绑的方法



绑的方法是过时了。。。
但是还有医生用此方法为病人治疗

这种方法便宜， 但病人得承受一段痛苦。。。为期２星期－１个月的痛。。。

而且如果绑的不好。。。会流血
医生让它自己掉落,会留下伤口。。。
好像不是从根部绑。。。会留下一段



我问的价钱为RM 50－100 一粒。。。

不包药钱...

会自动缩会肛门内


A third-degree hemorrhoid bulges from the anus during bowel movements and must be pushed back in with a finger. A fourth-degree hemorrhoid protrudes from the anus all the time.

我终于在昨天做了手术。。。
谢天谢地。。。。

只是打麻醉针特别痛。。。
手术只需20分钟。。。就好了。。。
今天不用请假

终于下定决心去做。。。
因为我觉得我花了很多‘冤枉钱’。。。买了很多根本就是‘治标不治本’的东西。。。中药，纤维，pantiliner 等等。。。也许这些东西对第一期有效。。。
但我的目的是让它消失。。。
而这些只能改善它。。。并不会让它消失。。。当我再发热气时，它必定再次光临。。。

我不想再受苦。。。花了这么多钱。。。吃不好，睡不好
我感谢一些网友给的偏方。。。
但有些网友则推销他们的产品。。。并不是真心帮助你的。。。什么herbalife 也能帮忙。。。真是当我是傻瓜。。。:@:@

奉劝各位。。。
如果你的病情严重，及没有什么进展。。。属于第二期以上的
看专科医生才是上上策。。。动手术去除。。。然后，注重后期的保养。。。（喝多水，每天大便，少吃辣椒及热气的食物）
不要花钱在一些又贵又没疗效的产品。。。到头来还是要动手术。。。。这又何苦呢！

这些都是我的个人意见。。。
如果有说的不对的地方，请多多包涵。。。

请问你们是如何发现自己生痔疮呢？我最近大便有血，而且肛门那里好像有一粒小块，请问我是不是生痔疮了，我该去那里看医生呢？普通诊所有的看吗？
