结束生意..... Proprietorship

请大家帮忙帮忙 ：

-- 公司 ：Proprietorship
-- 已在2008 年5 月向ssm 申请结束生意
-- 2008 年的账目还没做
-- 银行户口 （  current account ) 在 2008 年 3 月 已 关 掉了
-- Creditor is  RM125,000

请问：

1)   Bad Debts , Fixed Asset   要在 2008 年5 月  或 12 月才 write off  ?   ( 已在2008 年5 月向ssm 申请结束生意 )

2 )   2008 的 账目做完后。 Proprietor 还在以分期 付款的方式 （ instalment ) 每个月付还Creditor，  会一直还 到 2010 年3 月。 那么2009 ， 2010 年还要take up in account  这 分期 付款 ( instalment )  吗？ 是 DEBIT  Creditor  , CREDIT  Proprietor 吗？

3)   Proprietor 用自己的钱还Creditor , 是不是 DEBIT  Creditor , CREDIT   Proprietor  ?

4)  我发现之前的account clerk 在 2005 年  take up Prepayment as below :

DR  Prepayment     CR Insurance  可是 在 2006 年 ， 一至到 2007年 ， 这 Prepayment 还没有adjust out accordingly.  当我做2008 年的账目时是不是 DR Insurance  CR Prepayment   ?

请问：

1)   Bad Debts , Fixed Asset   要在 2008 年5 月  或 12 月才 write off  ?   ( 已在2008 年5 月向ssm 申请结束生意 ) As u have informed the SSM the Company was closed down in May 2008, therefore only need to prepare the accounts up to May 2008. As such, please write off ur bad debts and fixed assets as at May 2008. U may still charge the depreciation until May 2008, and write off its NBV as at May 2008.

2 )   2008 的 账目做完后。 Proprietor 还在以分期 付款的方式 （ instalment ) 每个月付还Creditor，  会一直还 到 2010 年3 月。 那么2009 ， 2010 年还要take up in account  这 分期 付款 ( instalment )  吗？ 是 DEBIT  Creditor  , CREDIT  Proprietor 吗？ This should be 3rd question, and 3rd question should come first. No need to prepare the accounts for the Company already as the Company was closed down in May 2008. This is because the sole proprietor has taken up the company debts and assumed all the liabilities. The monthly repayment instalment after May 2008 shall be treated as payment made by sole propriotor personal itself, instead of by this Company.

3)   Proprietor 用自己的钱还Creditor , 是不是 DEBIT  Creditor , CREDIT   Proprietor  ? For the month of May 2008, u may DR Creditor CR Drawing Accounts

---   是 。 2006 的 Insurance , 在2005 年还 ， 在2006 要reverse out 可是之前的account clerk没有reverse out 而一直带到2008
