Optician 配镜师和Optometry哪里有的读呢？

如题，感觉上这课蛮少地方有的读，所以麻烦大家帮帮忙

那为什么一定要读8年的呢？

但我想读出来是可以在眼镜店做验光师的那种...

其实没有所谓的饱和不饱和，最主要是分清楚optician和optometrist的分别。。确实目前optician在市场上已经蛮多了，但是optometrist还是非常缺乏的。很多人因此误会了optometrist和optician的差别。

optician就是所谓的配镜师，负责配镜工作，也就是统称的dispensing。课程也比较容易，比较注重在镜片和配镜方面。通常是diploma programme，2年就可以毕业。
optometrist就是所谓的视光师，负责验度数和检查眼睛，统称prescribing。课程比较注重在眼睛护理，眼睛内部健康，clinical practice和检验方面。是degree课程，需要最少4年毕业，还可以深造到master或phd。

在1991年光学法令（optical act 1991）下，由于10多年前，optometrist非常缺乏，而且通常需要在医院服务；为了解决国内检验度数的需求，optician被批准检验度数。但是附带条件是，如果未来国内的optometrist达到一个数目后，optician会不被准许检验度数。

所以，以目前的趋势来说，optometrist的出路会比较广和有保障。optician目前还好啦，但是以后的趋势很难说。希望搂主可以好好考虑。

但不可否认的是,在1991年光学法令（optical act 1991）下,拥有 非常多的optician 被准许检验度数.因此他们不会在未来国内的optometrist达到一个数目后而不被准许检验度数.因此在创业以及就业上都不会像以前那么容易了.(除非家里非常有钱,毕竟购买仪器来创业是非常昂贵的)
**一台phoropter毕竟不便宜**

其实1991年光学法令是势在必行了，只是看部长和光学理事会本身是否要执行而已。内行人很多都感觉的这股趋势了，而且是非常不友善的感觉。这也就是为什么政府在这3，4年之间突然批准了整整5间大学开办optometry degree，还有1间pending着申请。

值得注意的是，uitm和uia这两间纯巫裔大学也在近来开办了optometry degree，再加上ukm和iuctt的optometry巫裔比例也不少，整体上在未来10年，市场会有很大比例的巫裔optometrist；但是目前市场的optician为华裔居多（接近垄断）。我这样说，你明白为什么光学法令是势在必行了吧？
