当前美国bailout plan里面有个section 8,这个是独裁国家无限权力合理合法化的一个条款.基本和weimar republic的article 48很一致,分别在于一个是经济,另外一个是整体政治.

Sec. 8. Review. 

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.




我有一点点钱存在美国那边.这个条款如果通过,将使我对美国私有制信心的彻底破产.


在当前的形势演变下,FED将成为唯一个超级银行,JP Morgan Chase和Bank of America也有一定可能性被FED兼并.
尽管以上两家的实力目前属于超强状态,非Citigroup,Wachovia和HSBC能比拟.
