除了合约以外，每天被人“吊”也是Main Con的工作范围之一

main con.的工作范围还有就 是捧大脚。大头来时跑第一个，大头不来人也看不到.

Maincorn jobscope got a lot.
Have to check project progress
M&E and C&S progress ahead or delay
Check subcorn got cheat on materia or cabling
Have to certified claim before go to consultant.
Have to arrange meeting
Have to always remember LAD perday how much
Have to know when completion
Have to know how to get cpc
Have to know how long the defect period
Have to know how to arrange C&S work and M&E work
Have to know how to settle delay issues
Have to know how to claim the payment form client
Have to know how to answer client y delay. The answer must client appect
Have to know how to do progress report, progress claim, daily report, material submission report, checklist of approval drawing,checklist of approval material...etc...
Have to know M&E and C&S system. E.g aircorn system, elv system, streeting system. Depends
.etc...

The main thing is have to know how to eat bullet... hope this will help u.

main con: earn money (involve risk)?
service: customer satisfaction
procurement + contract : procure !#@$YU, estimate and claim $, legal issue
Construction: planning, scheduling, monitoring, deliver products
QAQC: quality
safety: life, reputation, insurance
coordination: talk, ask
SUMMARY: kind of business to earn money

最重要是 能 解决问题的员工， 能安排好工作，有责任感，能独立，需要帮助的时候要出声。
就算 有料 没能安排工作，没责任感，整个project 一定一塌糊涂。
