分享环保建筑,产品设计及材料 - The scorpion - 环保车

小妹新来环保论坛报到~
本身是一位室内设计师，之前因为将 Green / sustainable 这个设计概念加进我的Final project 而对这个 Issue 开始有点了解。所以想分享一些环保建筑（sustainable building)的案例, 环保产品设计(sustainable product design)以及环保材料 （ eco friendly material)

1）The architectural Revolution of library - Seattle Central Library
     图书馆的建筑革命 - 西雅图总图书馆








- 这座图书馆是一座对环境负责任的绿建筑。
- 设计在能源，用水，用料都有仔细的环境考量。
- 大量使用玻璃来引入充足的自然光，减少在日间照明需求。同时使用玻璃也为双层保护，以防止反光及 大 量
  热源进入室内。
-  降到建筑的雨水都被收集起来作为浇灌室内外植物之用。
- 建筑材料尽量选择价廉物美，容易维修的再生材料。
- 同时结构设计方面尽量使用最少的材料； 在建筑装修上维持简单，不做无谓修饰。

现在有一些环保建筑物的特殊设施能节省电源。

• 感应式电梯，有人使用才启动。



• 沟渠发电机，遇上下雨，厕所冲水就会产生能源。非常适合马来西亚的小型发电机。

Austin-based automotive design and manufacturing companyRonn Motor's
has built the Scorpion; a hydrogen fuel injected hybrid.

The vehicle utilizes new 'hydrogen on demand' technology, which, simplyput, generates water from the inbuilt tank, turns it into hydrogen andthen injects this into the car's system.

Not only does this approach allow fuel mileage to increase bybetween 20 to 40%, it also reduces carbon emissions to nearly zero.Couple this with its exclusive styling, and the Scorpion is sure to bea strong contender in the exotic performance car segment.

The Scorpion is out early 2009 and can be yours for a tidy $150,000. Go on, do it for the planet.

这座图书馆在美国的LEED (Leadership of Energy & Environmental Design)评分是拿到silver的。
