菲律賓成功2千萬購立通股權

（吉隆坡22日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板貿服組）旗下在菲律賓掛牌持股88.26%股權的菲律賓成功（Berjaya Philippines）以2千零15萬令吉，收購立通國際（REDTONE，0032，創業板貿服組）的證券，包括股票、債券股及憑單。

成功多多發文告指出，這包括以456萬令吉收購1千140萬股或2.39%股權（當中的440萬股是於去年收購）、以1千544萬令吉收購年利率2.75%的10年期不可贖回可轉換無擔保債券股，並以15萬令吉收購56萬張憑單。

成功多多母公司成功集團（BJCORP，3395，主板貿服組）是立通國際的大股東之一，而在完成了上述收購計劃後，成功集團及其相關公司將共持有立通國際的11.86%股權。（星洲日報／財經）

Following the Acquisitions, as at 21 May 2013, BToto Group via BPI holds a total of 11.4 million Redtone Shares representing 2.39% equity interest in Redtone. The Redtone Securities were acquired free and clear of all liens, charges and claims of any kind or restriction. 成功多多末季淨利挫17%

（吉隆坡18日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板貿服組）因營運開銷提高，加上旗下成功菲律賓的表現欠佳，截至2013年4月30日止的末季淨利下挫17.08%到7千562萬7千令吉。

受末季淨利打擊，成功多多全年淨利也下跌5.06%到3億8千497萬7千令吉。

然而，受大馬博彩業務帶動，該公司末季營業微增1.62%到9億3千零96萬6千令吉；全年營業額則微升0.56%到36億2千830萬7千令吉。

派息4仙

成功多多建議派發4仙股息，促使全年股息達28仙。

根據該公司文告，大馬博彩營收雖帶動成功多多營業額上升，但礙於營運開銷提高，加上成功菲律賓的營業額和稅前盈利各挫9%和33.5%，成功多多淨利不起反跌。

成功菲律賓的業務受挫，主要是菲律賓國家慈善機構（Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office，簡稱PCSO）的銷量走低，導致租金收入降低。

反觀，主要子公司──成功多多大馬有限公司，營業額和稅前盈利各走高2.1%和13.3%，歸功於農曆新年的銷售和開彩率提高。該子公司的稅前盈利上揚，則因派獎率走低。

儘管經濟展望謹慎，該公司預見，博彩領域穩健，公司也能夠維持測字（NFO）業務的市佔率。

此外，該公司放眼在截至2014年4月30日的財政年的次季，完成在新加坡上市的成功商業信托計劃。

即使私下配售和公開發售計劃將帶來稀釋效應，成功多多將持續鞏固該子公司截至2014年4月30日止財政年的盈利。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡19日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板貿服組）2013年財政年業績表現普遍落後市場預測，雖然其第四季營運開支偏高是一次過性質，惟分析員預測本地測字領域成長放緩，因此下調其未來兩年的淨利預測。

丰隆研究指出，成功多多2013年財政年營收36億3千萬令吉符合該行預測。不過，全年淨利3億8千500萬令吉，卻是低於預測，僅占該行預測的87.5%及市場預測的91.9%，主要是較高派彩率及營運開支。

該行對其財測保持不變，因營收達到預測水平，及理論派彩率及第四季營運開支走高，預料不會持續高企。

黃氏唯高達指出，隨著測字領域成長放緩，該行將其2014年及2015年淨利預測下調12%及13%，分別達到3億7千700萬令吉及4億令吉，以及2016年則為4億2千200萬令吉。

預料該公司旗下大馬成功多多商托股，將延至今年8月杪在新加坡股市上市，其獻售/配售股價料每股逾40仙。

或以股息方式派發商托股

該行表示，成功多多可能以股息方式派發商托股。

該公司雙邊上市計劃將擴大其股東基礎，使它可從市場取得較便宜融資，及將負債率減半至0.6倍水平。

安聯研究指出，該行保持其2014/2015年淨利預測，因為第四季的營運開支是一次性的。而該公司的潛在風險，包括派彩率出乎意料走高，以及政府提高博彩稅率等利空。（星洲日報／財經）

狮城商托上市 成功多多收益股息看跌

（吉隆坡21日讯）虽然博彩业务收益稳定，但在新加坡的商业信托上市后，将促使净利和股息降低，分析员因此下修成功多多（BjToto，1562，主板贸服股）收益和派息预估。

刚发布2013财年业绩表现的成功多多，虽然末季净利跌17%，但主要是一次性的营运开支提高造成，相信博彩业务依旧保持稳健。

不过，随着多多大马（Sports Toto Malaysia）转变为商业信托并在新加坡上市后，成功多多日后仅持有80%股权，盈利贡献亦会随之减少。

肯纳格投资研究预计多多大马将在8月上市，将该公司2014至2015财年收益预估，下修15至22%，每股股息预估，也分别从25.5仙和27仙，调降至23.8仙和22.6仙。

“我们认为，商业信托的上市并不会提升价值，可能导致评级下滑。不过，预计2016财年的收益将取得3.8%的增长。”

多多大马合理价0.48新元

根据新加坡目前上市的商业信托，在25.2倍的平均本益比交易，若排除估值过高的商业信托，平均本已和周息率则分别为16.3倍和7.3%。

达证券因此推算，若是7.3%周息率为投资商业信托的标准，多多大马商业信托的合理价格应为每单位0.48新元。

营运方面，该行预计每次开彩平均营收，将处于2000万令吉的稳健水平，因Supreme多多6/58和Power多多6/55积宝游戏，亦分别达到3600万和2100万令吉。

“4D积宝游戏则滑落至470万令吉，因5月有一位幸运赢家成功带走1500万令吉。”

作为比较，竞争对手万能4D积宝游戏，和大马彩1+3D积宝游戏的营业额，分别为610万和960万令吉。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡2日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板貿服組）將旗下大馬成功多多以商托方式在新加坡股市上市，加上在大馬也失去測字業領域唯一“代言”股項的優勢地位，皆使估值打折扣。

肯納格研究認為，預料有兩大因素，造成該公司估值溢價將縮減，包括大馬成功多多商托上市計劃，將減低吸引力，因為投資者將直接投資大馬成功多多商托，以攫取測字業務的現金流優勢。

第二項因素則是對手－馬化控股（MPHB,3859,主板貿服組）完成業務分拆後博測業將上市，使成功多多不再是本地測字領域的唯一代言股項。特別是馬化控股估值在本益比及周息率，皆比成功多多更具吸引力。

馬化控股迎頭趕上

最新截至2013年財政年首季業績顯示，馬化控股旗下萬能企業的測字銷售額，超越成功多多，為過去3年來首遭。

在上述期間，萬能銷售總額增加14.5%，至9億2千零60萬令吉，成功多多則增長2.2%至9億零560萬令吉，比較前期為8億8千580萬令吉。惟成功多多的售額，還是比萬能較具持續性，主要是它擁有7種測字遊戲產品，各項銷售額平均分散，特別是積寶獎金走高的時候。

“反觀萬能則僅有兩種遊戲，並在萬字積寶累積到高彩金時，銷售額才較為可觀。”

過去5年來，成功多多股價的平均本益比皆享有溢價，達到15倍水平，比較馬化控股的平均本益比則僅為10.5倍。這可能是當時馬化控股為一家控股公司，旗下萬能僅有一種萬字票遊戲，同時也涉足產業、酒店、保險及證券行等業務。

隨著馬化控股在2012年5月宣佈將業務分拆，它的平均本益比，就顯著改善至13.8倍水平，雖然仍比成功多多低，不過，馬化控股在去年5月前的平均預測本益比僅為9.4倍。

肯納格雖然肯定成功多多的測字表現，惟因為大馬成功多多商托將在新加坡股市上市，將估值降級，因淨利及股息派發將即刻沖淡約20%，預測2014年淨利可達3億5千720萬令，2015年則為3億3千950萬令吉，及2016年則為3億5千230萬令吉。

肯納格指出，由於該公司股價已超預測目標價4令吉2仙水平，因此調降至“落後大市”評級，並建議轉持馬化控股，後者目標價為4令吉37仙，並獲得“超越大市”評級。（星洲日報／財經）
