On June 4th, SBS news revealed that another celebrity had been involved in the ongoing drug scandal that is surrounding the Korean entertainment industry. SBS released photos of the celebrity, Mr. A, in which his face is covered by a mosaic. However, it is plain to see who the certain celebrity is; with just a little bit of research, netizens were able to find out who it was.
As the breaking news was released on SBS News 8, the famous actor was taken into police custody for further investigation.
Representatives for SBS have said, "An actor famous for his movies and dramas is being invested by the police for abusing illegal drugs. The police believe that, like Ju Ji Hoon, this actor has been receiving drugs smuggled in from other countries over the past two months."
So, the picture makes it easy for anyone that knows how to do a little bit of research to find out who it is.
It's Lee Chun Hee from Family Outing. His representatives are busy at work to play down the accusations.
"The results from any drug tests have not been revealed, nor has Lee Chun Hee even been taken into police custoday for investigations." They strongly deny that he is being charged with this crime.
