Title: Integration Specialist
Require : 2 Vacancies
Salary : SGD 1,500 - 3,000
Responsibilities
Coordinate with providers and related departments to setup products environments to merchants
Coordinate with related parties in migration project and ensure project up to expectation
Prepare documents like boarding kits or process forms to smoothen the product integration
Keep track and follow up with merchant until product is successfully launched
Take lead and communication with vendor if timeline falls below expectation
Maintain integration archives and reports
Provide integration support to customer via electronic communication channel
Support customer service department for any IT related issue
Lead and provide direction from technical expert point of view during incident happen

Requirements:
Candidate must be possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science or related fields

Hands-on experience in core technologies such as .NET, PHP, Java and etc
Proven experience in network, server, DNS configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong technical troubleshooting skill

Responsibilities
Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
Devise product testing procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Collect and compile statistical quality data

Responsibilities
Provide analysis and execute action plans to help gaming solutions providers capitalize on market opportunities
Source, evaluate and execute new media and new online marketing opportunities for markets around the world
Maintain good relation with customers
Locate and cultivate sustainable, scalable marketing and online advertising partners
Coordinate with Marketing Partners/Affiliates to improve campaign delivery and effectiveness
Able to compile and analyze effectiveness of all marketing programs information/results
Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills
Requirements:

福利制度:
基本薪资:公司的统一薪资的货币为新加坡币(Sgd),员工可以要求公司代为处理把每月固定的部分薪资打款汇入国内的账户。
机票补贴:每个月固定发放Sgd 307.50 的机票补贴。
餐补:Php 100 每个工作天。
住宿补贴:Php 20,000 – Php 35,000,根据职等发放。
住宿:固定1人住1个房间,水电费上限每人为Php 4,000,超过了的金额由员工承担。公司的房型有酒店式单间,1房1厅和2房1厅。员工不能选择房型,由公司的行政安排住宿。公司没有提供菲佣打扫,员工需要负责住宿的整洁。
年假:首两年每个月2天,1年24天。每服务满2年增加两天,上限为32天。
病假:1年14天。
工作天:5天制,每天9小时(包含1小时的午饭时间)。
医疗保险:公司提供每年Php 100,000上限的医药卡,用于看病和买药使用,所有出名的医院和诊所一般都可使用,具体细节会提供说明书。
政府费用:公司承担所有政府相关的费用包含税务
签证:公司代为办理工作签证,一入职就开始办理,所有工作签证相关的费用由公司承担。如果员工在办理签证的中途离职或已拿到
工作签证的情况下,在公司服务未满2年,公司将要求员工按比例赔偿签证相关的费用。
