假如沒有錯，只要某個單位持有超過33%的上市公司的股份，將會引發MANDOTARY TAKE OVER.

Remarks :

On 29 September 2010, the shareholders of Malayan Banking Berhad ("Maybank") approved the final dividend in respect of financial year ended 30 June 2010 of 44 sen less 25% tax. The gross dividend consists of an electable portion of 40 sen (30 sen net per ordinary share) which can be elected to be reinvested in new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Maybank ("Maybank Shares") in accordance with the Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad announced on even date, that the issue price of new Maybank Shares to be issued pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan has been fixed at RM7.70.

This announcement is dated 4 November 2010.

Under the present law in malaysia, there is no brokerage, stamp duty or  other material transaction costs payable on new maybank shares allocated and issued under the dividend reinvestment plan.

（吉隆坡14日讯）分析员预计，马银行(Maybank，1155，主板金融股）投资在印尼国际银行（BII）所蒙受的资产减值，有望在2011财年重新入账16亿1000万令吉。

截至2009年6月30日财年第四季，马银行因收购印尼国际银行，而在该季度蒙受11亿2000万令吉净亏。

联昌国际研究在一份报告指出，马银行很大可能在2011年6月30日财年，因早前的减值亏损而取得重新入账，有望获得一次过16亿1000万令吉的获利。

分析员说：“这相等于每股获利23仙，或大约为我们预测该银行在2011财年每股盈利的36%。”

此外，分析员补充道，如果马银行决定减持在印尼国际银行股权，甚至有望取得约21亿3000万令吉的投资获利。

近期，马银行获得批准，延迟减持其印尼国际银行股权至80%的期限，至2011年6月1日。

然而，如果马银行在减持股权方面，蒙受超过10%的投资亏损，不排除该行可能要求再次展延脱售股权期限。

马银行是于2008年，以总值93亿4000万令吉收购印尼国际银行100%股权。当时，马银行通过分批购入印尼国际银行，价位介于429印尼盾（15仙）至455印尼盾（16仙）。

截至12月13日，印尼国际银行的闭市价为870印尼盾（30仙），该价位已超越马银行的献购价。

投资回本

随着印尼国际银行股价已回升，联昌国际研究分析员表示，马银行在减持股权潜能蒙受亏损已不再是一项隐忧。

分析员指出，根据印尼国际银行周一闭市价，马银行目前持有97.5%的股权，总值达166亿5000万令吉，高于原先的投资成本。

另外，分析员称，马银行除了在投资获利外，也可能因强劲的海外业务增长，特别是印尼，已见贷款强稳曾行，已见投资银行业务收入提高。

为此，分析员对于马银行的前景维持正面展望，给予“超越大市”投资评级，目标价格为10.50令吉。

馬銀行股息再投資‧發2.4億新股

（吉隆坡15日訊）馬來亞銀行（MAYBANK, 1155, 主板金融組）宣佈，該公司在截至2010年6月30日為止財政年終期股息的股息再投資計劃中，將需要發出2億4千425萬7千623股的新股。

馬來亞銀發表文告指出，上述的股息再投資計劃所發行的新股額，佔獲選享有股息再投資計劃總額2億7千572萬8千660股的88.59%，反應熱烈。
