不可能弄不好瓜...
不然个个fixed ip的人都坏的话
不是全部ip 用到完，然后不够ip用？？=.= |

Dear Valued Customers,
TelekomMalaysia Berhad (TM) is pleased to inform its customers that therestoration works on the Asia Pacific Cable Network 2 (APCN2) nearChongming, China connecting Malaysia to the United States has beencompleted.
Meanwhile, thereis a delay in the restoration date for the Southeast Asia-MiddleEast-Western Europe 3 (SMW3) cable network between Tuas, Singapore andPenang linking Malaysia due to technical problems at the repairingstages. Due to the delay, full recovery of SMW3 cable network is nowexpected to be on 17 April 2009.
However, to date, TM has already recovered 97% bandwidth capacity for its Internet traffic to Hong Kong and North America.
TMInternet and IP services as well as other critical businessapplications linked to the US and Hong Kong has resumed normaloperations since 10 April 2009. |

UPDATE - INTERNET SERVICES RESTORATION
Dear Valued Customers,
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) is pleased to inform its customers that the restoration works on the Asia Pacific Cable Network 2 (APCN2) near Chongming, China connecting Malaysia to the United States has been completed.

加多RM 10 可以无限打马来西亚有线电话,就是Telekom打telekom电话。但打无线电话（手提电话）的话，就RM0.30 / min
promotion是到6月，6 月过后的收费怎样  |
