直接翻译，中文听起来没有意思。
美式英语最爱这些什么舔屁股，进肛门的粗俗语言......

可以提供上下文吗？他们所提到的第三者是谁？

我的猜测是：
这里的 ring 不是戒指，而是“菊花”，也就是 ass 的另一说法，
想象屁眼的形状和rim这个英文单词就知道为什么屁眼也叫ring（这些定义一般的词典是不收录的）。
kiss 某人的 ass/ring 可以是为了某个目的而奉承，讨好，巴结某人的意思
（kiss my ass = fxuk off = 滚蛋）

男的说：You should be kissing his ring. 你应该讨好他。
女的说：Why bother when your tongue's already so far up his ass? 你都拍他马屁拍到这个程度了，我还有必要吗？

这样的翻译符合剧情吗？有上下文的话可能比较容易理解他们在说什么。谁有更正确的翻译可以纠正。

如果说出地点，应该说 I've left my umbrella at the restaurant.
如果不说出地点，那 I've forgotten my umbrella. 则没有问题。
