可以考虑买入吗 ? 还会往下走吗 ??

”止损“一定要用。可能你买入的时机不准，
也有可能公司已经基本因素已经变质。
有时，我们可以从股价的表现大概就可以知道！
不同的股，时机，就环境，会制就不同的表现！
过去不代表不对，将来的也不代表是错！但我们不可能知道将来发生什么事情。
止损就好像煞车机，如果驾车不用或没有煞车机，有多危险呢？ |

说真的, 现在有些 KLSE 的股票实在很便宜.(并不是全部都很便宜啦).
应该是可以慢慢 SHOPPING 的时候了, 但是一定要有子弹.
你曾经说过有很多子弹,存在银行里, 由你的财政部长守着.
现在机会来了, 慢慢 SHOPPING 吧! 2005 年是属於你 JB TAIKO的. 哈哈!! |

Bakun dam project on schedule
CONSTRUCTION of the Bakun hydroelectric dam is progressing well and is on schedule, Sime Engineering Services Bhd managing director Mohd Shukri Baharom said.
He added that construction of the dam had reached a height of 118m on Wednesday, which will later reach its full designed height of 205m.
“There are over 2,000 workers at the site, who are working round the clock. As contractor, we are committed to completing the job,” he added.
Led by Sime Engineering, its local partners on the dam project are WCT Engineering, MTD Capital, Ahmad Zaki, Syarikat Ismail Ibrahim and Edward and Sons. They hold an interest of 70% of the consortium company that is building the dam.
China-based Sino-Hydro holds the rest of the stake of 30% in the consortium.
Mohd Shukri does not expect the consortium to have to make any further provisions for the Bakun project.
“We have so far made provisions of RM130mil for the project. We take a very prudent stance on the provisions. At this moment, we do not foresee having to make any more provisions,” he said. |

派发红股后，本季度的每股盈利只有8分，本益比虽然还是很诱人，可盈利却比前两季退步了。

Introduction
The Board of Directors of WCT Engineering Berhad ("WCTE" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's joint-venture company in Bahrain, Cebarco-WCT W.L.L., has received a Letter of Intent on 23 February 2006 from Majid Al Futtaim Investments L.L.C. of Dubai, UAE ("the Client"), in relation to the Main Contract for the engineering, construction, contractor design elements, completion, commissioning and maintenance of the Bahrain City Centre ("BCC" or "the Project").
Valued at a lump sum Entry Price of BD155.98 million (Bahrain Dinars One Hundred and Fifty Five Million Nine Hundred and Eighty Thousand Only) or approximately RM1.56 billion, the contract is for a period of twenty eight (28) months with immediate commencement.
Prior to the execution of the formal Contract and within 56 calendar days from the date of the Letter of Intent, Cebarco-WCT W.L.L. is required to undertake a joint value engineering exercise with the Client and consultants with the objective of reducing the lump sum Entry Price of BD155.98 million to a Contract Price of BD142.0 million (Bahrain Dinars One Hundred and Forty Two Million Only) or approximately RM1.42 billion.
WCTE currently holds 49% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Cebarco-WCT W.L.L. which will be restructured to become the Company's 51%-owned subsidiary in accordance with Bahraini laws and regulations.
Details of the Project
The said contract involves the engineering, construction, contractor design elements, completion, commissioning and maintenance of the Project comprising, inter alia, a 250,000 square metres retail shopping mall, hotel 1 & 2 shells (scope and demarcation to be subsequently defined), a multiple car park building of 150,000 square metres, a water park structure and envelope, external works and energy centre. Also included in the contract is the installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, interior fittings and finishes and related external works such as drainage, landscaping, signages, ramps and external lightings.
(Collectively referred to as the "Works").
Once completed, BCC will house, amongst others, a hypermarket, an entertainment and theme park, two hotels, twenty cineplexes coupled with anchor stores, line stores, water theme park, management offices, control rooms and a food court. BCC will be the biggest of its kind in Bahrain, covering an area of more than 500,000 square metres and has the capacity to accommodate approximately 4,900 cars.
Source of Funds
WCTE shall fund its share in the cost of the Works through internally generated funds and bank borrowings.
Financial Effects
Share Capital
The Project will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of WCTE.
Earnings
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the consolidated earnings of WCTE for the financial years ending 31 December 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Net Tangible Assets ("NTA")
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the consolidated net assets of WCTE for the financial years ending 31 December 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Approval(s) Required
The award of the Project is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of WCTE or any government authorities.
Directors' and Major Shareholders' Interest
None of the Directors, major shareholders or persons connected to them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.
Statement by the Board of Directors
The Directors of the Company are of the opinion that the acceptance of the Letter of Intent in relation to the Project is in the best interest of the Company.
