The Board of Directors of SMRT Holdings Berhad (“SMRT” or “Company”) (“Board”) is pleased to announce that N’osairis Technology Solutions Inc. (“NTSI”), a wholly owned subsidiary of N’osairis Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd (“NTSSB”), which is in turn, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SMRT had on 27th February 2024 been granted a project by Pito AxM Platform, Inc (“PAPI”) to deploy its Managed ATM Infrastructure Solution in the Philippines (“Project”). Description	SMRT HOLDINGS BERHAD ("SMRT" OR "COMPANY")PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF 110,000 ORDINARY SHARES REPRESENTING 55% EQUITY INTEREST IN TALENTOZ SDN BHD
The Board of Directors of SMRT wishes to announce that SMRT Holdings Berhad (“SMRT” or “Vendor”) had on 29 March 2024 entered into an agreement with Cekal Akasia Sdn Bhd (“Cekal Akasia” or “Purchaser”) (“Agreement”) to dispose 110,000 ordinary shares representing 55% equity interest in Talentoz Sdn Bhd (“Talentoz”) (“Sale Shares”) for a consideration of Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1) Only (“Sale Consideration”) (“Proposed Disposal”). Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, Talentoz shall cease to be a subsidiary of SMRT. Please refer to the attachment for details of the announcement. This announcement is dated 29 March 2024.
