今天 chest & triceps
各种格式的 bench press, machine press, fly... 很多 set, lost count
triceps cable pull down, rope, single arm, triceps extension, pull back... lost count
临走前pull up
方式是 :1st set 80% 重量,2nd set 60%, 3rd set 50%, 40%, 30%... 持续无间断 (until failure) |

如果向往健美的就不要注重biceps, triceps, traps... 而是legs, back, ches ...

看过很多新手每次来都只做shrug, db curl, db bent over...

今天胸肌还很酸
只在家做些squat, pull up... 感觉很好 ^^
早餐 燕麦+奶粉+milo
午餐 饭+鸡胸肉+猪肉
午餐2 奶粉 + 苹果 (multi vitamin)
下午茶 饭+鸡胸肉 + 2 粒蛋
晚餐 doucle cheese burger + milo + 薯条
夜宵 鲜橙
等下还会喝杯牛奶
妈妈不在家,菜单比较乱 |

今天 leg & abs
leg extension, squat, leg press, calf raises...
abs crunches, hanging leg raises...
pull up & chin up 10, 10, 10, 8, 8, 6, 6, 5, 5... |

Squat: 3 sets + 1 rest pause set
One-Leg Leg Press: 2 sets + 1 rest pause set
Leg Extension: 2 sets + 1 rest pause set
Romanian Deadlift: 3 sets + 1 rest pause set
Lying Leg Curl: 2 sets + 1 rest pause set
大腿有感觉
