高峰回落．客凯易后市如何？

读者WENDY问：

（1）我在一年多前买进客凯易（CUSCAPI，0051，主板科技股），股价现已跑到60仙，后市可看好？有人说会升至1令吉，不知会不会成真？

答：

（1）客凯易是一家商业管理系统开发及供应商，为客户提供软件开发、商业解决方案、系统融合和外包服务等。

它的前身称为DATASCAN、于2007年易名为目前的客凯易。

该公司的一项称为REV的互动式点餐系统，为餐饮业客户提供解决方案服务。大马客户包括麦当劳、肯德基及必胜客等。

该公司后市或是未来前景如何，虽然该公司在过去连续4年皆蒙受亏损，不过，目前该公司正在进行一项售股计划，以便筹资充当公司的扩张业务计划，而它的成败预料在很大程度上胥视这项扩张计划的成败或表现而定。

由于售股及扩张业务计划为其后市发展及前景的重点，所以这里稍为谈谈这些发展项目的情况。

目前该公司正在推行一项筹资计划，即以每股25仙代价（注意：这可是一个很好的估值指标）发售2亿新股及以8仙代价发售凭单给策略投资者-UQS公司，希望可筹得5320万令吉的资金，主要充当扩张业务的用途，另外600万令吉则充当公司的营运资金。

3月10日售股

上述售股筹资计划料在今年3月10日落实，一旦确定完成，UQS公司将成为公司的单一最大股东，后者是拿督再也古玛持有。

该公司在致给股东的通告中披露，一旦该公司筹获上述新资金，其中4650万令吉将充当扩充公司现有的餐饮业解决方案服务领域，包括增聘人手及购买器材，以改善及提升服务系统，如通过中国电子支付业者如支付宝或微信支付开通大马的支付功能（需要中国方批准）以进行网上支付活动。

一旦新资金到位，预料该公司将在今年第二季启动上述扩充计划，料2020年第二季全面落实。目前该公司业务遍布大马、新加坡、泰国、印尼、菲律宾及中国。

该公司表示希望能够把业务进一步扩展至越南、柬埔寨、缅甸、寮国及孟加拉等市场，主要通过与当地合作伙伴联营进行。

该公司未来表现如何，还是胥视上述扩张计划的成败或表现而定，这也是最大不确定因素，却也是公司的“未来希望”。公司连年亏损惟股价仍然扬升，相信与这个“未来希望”有密切关系，投资者是在投资／投注它的未来业务表现，料需要一些时间才较为清晰，有必要继追踪与跟进。该公司管理层谨慎乐观地看待上述扩展计划。

这里稍为强调，就是该公司已是连续4年蒙损，包括2016财政年、及截至2017年9月30日为止首9个月的税后亏损，分别为3822万令吉及1418万令吉。

财务情况方面，截至2017年9月30日，该公司的总资产为5666万2861令吉，包括现金及银行余款为56万7811令吉、银行存款为56万6526令吉、库存为1744万2891令吉。

同期间，公司总负债为3189万6629令吉，包括短期贷款为59万9095令吉。公司每股净资产值为5仙。

在发售上述新股前，该公司的股本为5亿2900万股。

该公司股价从去年初的约11仙，涨升至今年1月22日的60仙高峰，目前回跌至约48.5仙。若以目前市价48.5仙为准，市值为2亿5700万令吉。

至于股价会否升至1令吉，目前难以说得准。
