I just placed a booking on Hazel bumi release, but the SA said no change door such thing. From the floor plan the main door still under the master bedroom bathroom. How come?

Previously the main door was facing the column, that's y Setix shift the door to the side. But not becoz of the bath room on upper floor. I guess maybe ur floor plan already updated, thats y the SA said so...

的确是如此。。。但是一点不同的是这些takeover的company应该是赚钱的。。。因为他们的tender price非常的底。。。
比如pacific maXX吧。。。那块地的价格就比她们入手的价格高很多了。。。

那个mount ausxx。。。没办法。。。哪里的租金在jb是no1的。。。
同样的状况在suterxx也是发生。。。。

有个疑问？刚刚发现，好像只有Oak & Hazel 是 single leaf door （一大）, 其它的都是double leaf door (一大一小)?

可能交钥匙的时候最小间的双层intermediate luanch price是1mil了。。。

time value for money, but is ok, SEC now is still early stage of developement...ur house will continue to appreciate
