At the time I leave this city, I live here for two years.
当By用在时间之前并不是表示那个时间,而是“之前”的意思,例如she will be here by 7pm的意思是他七点前已经在这里了,所以by the time并不等于when。
ppr350 发表于 12-9-2011 08:44 AM by the time... 的时候;by 7 p.m.
By the time I leave this city, I live here for two years.
By the time i left this city, i had lived here for two years.
————————————————————————————————————
解说:
By the time I leave this city, I live here for two years.
=> By the time I leave this city, I will have lived here for two years.
I had lived here for two years.
I have lived here for two years.
I will have lived here for two years.
句子的第一部分:by the time I leave this city = 当我离开这个城市的时候
生活了 = will have lived
By the time I left this city, I had lived here for two years.
I'm leaving this city today. I have lived here for two years. |
