小弟刚接到电话，新年过后正式开工，as audit assistant。

想问一下，通常刚开始会做些什么呢？

想问这里经验的长辈们，请问公司注册时是用sdn bhd 来注册的，那么royalty是怎么进呢？

我只是知道goodwill来，但是要放在那里我就不知道了
原本我以为是fixed asset的goodwil，但是我的上司说不是，但是她又说不会。。。
所以向前辈们请教一下了，感激不尽。。。

credit note 一定是由 customer issue 给 supplier的吗？一定只能在AR CR 的吗？不能在AP CR的吗？

我公司因为跟一个机构买下工厂，条件是要在三年内增加公司的fixed asset。可是老板却做不到。那间机构的负责人说可以用旧机器重做value然后放在audit report就可以了。请问有谁遇过这样的事？Machinery revalue过后还可以放在fixed asset里？？

    旧机器重做value是什么意思？？换spare part或者是加extension？
告诉你revalue不简单的。。费用不便宜
我做过land revalue重新估价。。
旧机器重做value没有做过

在AP,
如果你要supplier扣账，supplier需issue CN　给你（或你 issue DN给supplier)，
你就在supplier credit note 那边Key in as CN。。
相反的，如果supplier issue DN 给你，就是 charges 你。。
DN 就等于invoice 的意思咯。。所以就key in 在 supplier invoice

在AR,
如果你charge customer, means debit note / invoice,
key in 在customer invoice 那边～
如果customer要求你扣账，你就要 issue CN给customer 和key in 在 customer credit note 那边

简单来说，就是：
APDN - cost of sales increase, cause supplier charged back
APCN - cost of sales decrease, cause supplier over-charged
ARDN - sales income increase, cause under-charged customer
ARCN - sales income decrease, cause customer returned

    old machine may revalued.

old machine 要 revalue upward 是很难的。
除非：
1) 之前的 depreciation 很高 譬如 30%, 三年后的 book value 是 10% 但 market value 还是有 30%.
2) machine 是 imported 的，过后发生 currency depreciation.
3) 能夠証明这個 old machine 很可以生産很多，可以 generate 很多 cash flow.

这些情況很少发生。

另一個管道，买通 auditor.
