跟大勢走勢。。。。 但公司表示不錯的。。管理層講會有6%回報。。。

- ACQUISITION OF NEW SUBSIDIARY
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, the manager of YTL REIT (“Manager”), wishes to announce that Maybank Trustees Berhad, the trustee of YTL REIT (“Trustee”) has acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of YTL REIT MTN Sdn Bhd (“YTLRMTN”) comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each (“Shares”), at a total consideration of RM2.00 (“Acquisition”). The Trustee shall hold the Shares in trust and on behalf of YTL REIT. As a result of the Acquisition, YTLRMTN has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL REIT.

YTLRMTN was incorporated on 6 March 2014 with its present authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. The intended principal activity of YTLRMTN is to raise funding on behalf of YTL REIT.  

The Acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per unit, gearing level and net asset value per unit of YTL REIT for the current financial year. None of the directors of the Manager, major shareholders of the Manager, major unitholders of YTL REIT and persons connected to them are interested in the Acquisition.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE RESTATED DEED DATED 3 DECEMBER 2013 (“PROPOSED AMENDMENTS”)
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, the manager of YTL REIT (“Manager”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Manager and Maybank Trustees Berhad, the trustee of YTL REIT (“Trustee”), have on 17 September 2014 entered into a supplemental deed (“Supplemental Deed”) to amend the restated deed dated 3 December 2013 entered into between the Manager and the Trustee.

The Supplemental Deed will take effect from the date of its registration with the Securities Commission Malaysia.

Please refer to the attachment for details of the Proposed Amendments.

This announcement is dated 17 September 2014.
