如果我还没拿到卡,还没active 卡,可以call 去cancel 卡吗?这样还会中charge SST rm25 吗? |

我知道8月开始换去1%,但是我8月的rebate不对。我打油用了3百多,但是只拿到RM0.40.你们的8月rebate对吗? |

已经很多人去投诉了,等老虎银行自己去更新rebate。

银行客服回复是系统问题,只好等老虎自己更新系统才能拿到。

今早我打去Maybank客服问了,最新的cash rebate不是1%,只有0.01%罢了!
这也就是说花费RM5000,cash rebate是RM0.50,客服说永远都不会撞到cap的,除非花费超过RM500,000! |

我上个月用了3,4千。cashback才RM0.39.
有没有搞错?
