英沙1200萬售J&C Pacific

（吉隆坡23日訊）英沙（INSAS，3379，主要板金融）以1200萬令吉，脫售J&C Pacific私人有限公司125萬股股票，並通過發行136萬股可轉換優先股支付，每股發售價為3.30新元（約9.23令吉）。

該公司向馬證交所報備，英沙將J&C Pacific另51%股權，以612萬令吉售給Numoni有限公司，並以69萬股可轉換優先股支付。

英沙預計可從脫售活動取得約161萬4000令吉收益。【中国报财经】

英莎金融科技业务将上市

（吉隆坡29日讯）英莎（INSAS，3379，主板金融股）跨出传统实体业务，进军至金融科技（Fintech）领域，并计划在未来8个月将金融科技业务挂牌上市。

根据《星报》报道，英莎将成立一家金融科技公司，且有可能在8个月内，将其挂牌上市。

金融科技是一个运用科技来巩固金融系统的领域，其中包括付费、转账、贷款和筹资等活动。

英莎旗下拥有金融服务、房产与零售业务的英莎，近期已合并旗下两个科技公司，打造一个规模更大的公司。

该公司持21.26%股权的新加坡金融科技公司Numoni，将收购移动电讯产品和服务供应商———J&C太平洋。

英莎将以612万令吉，把手上J&C太平洋的51%股权，卖给Numoni，而后者则将发出69万4487股可转换优先股来完成交易。

除了英莎手中的51%股权，Numoni也将从其他股东手上，收购J&C太平洋的剩余股权，估值料为1200万令吉。

英莎表示，整合Numoni及J&C太平洋可巩固投资目的，因合并公司拥有更佳的协同效应，国际立足点较广，上涨潜能亦更高。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡1日讯）英莎（INSAS，3379，主板金融股）宣布以115万1667新元（约357万令吉），收购Roset Limousine服务（简称Roset）的59%股权。

根据文告，这项股权买卖协议是由子公司Montego管理服务（简称Montego）与卖家签署。

在完成收购之后，英莎在Roset的股权将从41%，上扬至79.5%。

Roset的主要业务，是为客户提供豪华的轿车服务，服务对象包括大使馆、酒店、跨国公司、新加坡政府和汽车租赁服务等。

周五，区域股市的技术反弹，仅能带动马股轻微反弹，交投趋势重点继续投向重量级综指股。

富时隆综指的交投活动，继续处于它的横摆巩固走势间，于1715水平线上取得技术支撑，以1716点间报收。

综指30只成分股进入持续横摆盘整。

上升股为487只，而下跌股为345只。

英莎（INSAS，3379，主板金融股）闭市时反弹，收于79仙，按日起4.5仙或6.04%。

英莎的日线图表走势的交投趋势，上破一道短线顶头阻力线（B1:B2）上报收。

它的日线平滑异同移动均线指标（MACD）的交投走势，已告处于持续上升趋势。
