私下配售6.7億新股 得再利籌資6700萬

（吉隆坡14日訊）得再利（TEJARI，0140，創業板科技股）計劃私下配售約6億7042萬面值10仙的新股和3億1502萬憑單，籌資6704萬令吉。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備此事，籌資所得將用作企業品牌宣傳和廣告開銷、i-Milik計劃投資、Utopia生活形態計劃投資、未來12個月的資本開銷及私下配售股費用。

報備文件指出，私下配售作業為發行6704萬1000股新股（相當于10%繳足資本），及配售9854萬3000股憑單（相當于10%繳足資本）。

該公司同時也宣佈于明日易名1Utopia。

配售股價格將在獲得批准后，由董事局開會決定。

在完成私下配售新股作業后，得再利的繳足資本將擴大至10億8398萬股或1億0840萬令吉。[ChinaPress]

（吉隆坡6日訊）馬股隨外圍股市震盪調整，但場內低價股炒風卻捲土重來，其中烏托邦（UTOPIA，0140，創業板科技組）在投資者追捧下價量齊升，以破億成交量冠全場。

烏托邦以10仙平盤開出，隨後股價在成交量烘托下節節攀高，最高起2.5仙或25%至12.5仙，終場起2仙或20%至12仙，成交量為1億6千零5萬3千股，為全日最熱門股項。

烏托邦WA（UTOPIA-WA，0140WA，憑單）也備受投資者青睞，以5仙平盤開出，最高起1仙或20%至6仙，閉市報5仙，平盤，成交量達6千132萬9千600單位，為全日第六大熱門股。

烏托邦近期除以103萬令吉收購Urusrasa私人有限公司外，並無其他重大利多消息，分析員預計股票突然價量齊升，與低價股炒風難逃關係。

針對烏托邦的股價異常波動，大馬交易所在晚上向該公司提出質詢，惟至截稿時該公司仍未答覆。

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 14 November 2011 and 13 December 2011 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

For consistency purposes, all definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as that provided in the Company’s announcement dated 14 November 2011 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 23 December 2011 which we have received on 27 December 2011, approved the listing and quotation of up to 98,543,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:

(i) 1UB and HLIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii) 1UB and HLIB to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and
(iii) 1UB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
