We refer to the announcements dated 10 August 2011, 8 November 2011, 8 March 2012, 13 March 2012, 3 April 2012, 6 April 2012, 30 April 2012, 22 June 2012 and 9 July 2012 in relation to, amongst others, the Rights Issue (collectively referred to as the “Earlier Announcements”) and Rights Issue Prospectus dated 10 July 2012 (“Rights Issue Prospectus”).
