該公司向馬證交所報備，有關合約包括設計、建造、交付、測試和啟用四單位便攜式傳送帶系統和其他設備，耗時5個月；並且需在交付便攜式傳送帶和其他設施后的60個月內，啟用棕櫚仁產品的處理服務器。

该公司次季净赚2993万5000令吉，高于上财年同季的2081万7000令吉。

营业额则从1亿3189万1000令吉，走高至1亿3716万9000令吉，按年升幅达4%。

该公司的次季业绩表现亮眼，归功于液化天然气（LNG）、矾土、铁合金货物和集装箱的营业额走高，加上沙马拉祖工业港口项目，为建筑业务捎来更高的营业额。

民都鲁港口建议在10月14日支付每股6仙的股息，除权日为9月21日。

累计首半年，净利按年涨24.46%，报7007万2000令吉；营业额则扬5.1%，录得2亿7906万9000令吉。

民都鲁港口财测不变．液化天然气仍是主力

（吉隆坡29日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服组）次季净利按年扬43.8%至2990万令吉，符合市场预期，分析员财测不变，预期液化天然气仍将是最大贡献。

大马投资银行说，液化天然气仍继续是该港口重要营收贡献者，2015财政年这占营收56%（相比2014财政年63%）。

“预期LNG TRAIN9将于明年初开始贡献，不过不显著，预期每年将增360万公吨，目前年处理量为2570万公吨。”

其首半年净利按年扬24.5%至7010万令吉；首半年营业额按年扬5%至2亿7910万令吉，符合预期的44%，首半年营运盈利大约达到预测的39%。

“首半年净利大增主要是受利息收入翻倍，由700万飙至1670万令吉所致，其现金按年增长80%至6亿3600万令吉。上述利息收入来自2015年12月获得的6亿8200万令吉伊斯兰债券。”

公司次季宣布派发每股6仙股息，首半年为每股派息12仙（前期10仙）；这基本符合大马投行的每年派息24仙预测。

肯纳格研究说，SAMALAJU港口首期今年杪启用，起初料贡献不显著，长远有助加大砂州经济活动，因该港口位于砂州再生能源走廊（SCORE）。

“LNG货柜仍然是最主要收入来源，其余来自棕油、货柜、大宗肥料和锌。”

大马投行和肯纳格维持2016与2017年财测不变。

（吉隆坡22日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服组）首9个月净利虽符合预期，惟大马政府债券回酬上扬至4%，以致肯纳格研究下调该公司目标价。

肯纳格预期，棕油、货柜、肥料、矿物及液化天然气（LNG）船只，液化天然气船只合约将会是民都鲁港口最大的营业额贡献。

该公司Samalaju港口首期项目预期在明年第二季竣工，不过，肯纳格预期该码头并不会对该公司近期内造成显著的贡献。

该公司认为，砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE）计划将会刺激上述港口业务。

综合上述看法，肯纳格维持该公司2016及2017财政年的净利预测，预期未来两年净利最该可达至1亿4500万令吉。

肯纳格以股息贴现模式（DDM）估值该公司后，给予“同步大市”评级，但基于政府债券回酬提高，因此下调目标价至6令吉72仙。

（吉隆坡27日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服组）的核心业务稳定增长，带动截至2016年12月31日止第四季净利起2.67%至4315万8000令吉，全年净利更涨17.46%，高挂1亿4983万9000令吉。

第四季营业额起9.99%至1亿6611万5000令吉，全年营业额报5亿8361万6000令吉，起6.62%。

每股派息6仙

配合业绩，董事部建议派发每股6仙股息，需待股东放行。

该公司董事部透过初步报告表示，营运营业额上扬，归功于液化天然气、普通货物及矿物运输量提升。不过，建筑营业额则从1亿7437万令吉下跌至1亿5241万令吉，归咎于成本确认，该业务主要与沙马拉祖（Samalaju）工业港口有关。

此外，投资回酬从1524万令吉走高至2776万令吉，因该公司投资了伊斯兰债券之故。展望未来，董事部预期，各类型的运输，包括液化天然气、矿物、棕油及肥料运输，有利于公司业务，其中，液化天然气及货柜运输，为该公司主要营业额的贡献者。

LNG船和货柜贡献最大
民都鲁港口吐量增3.7%

（古晋24日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）总执行长拿督莫哈末枚丹表示，去年公司处理的货柜吞吐量按年增长3.7%，达4645万公吨。

去年，民都鲁港口处理的货柜吞吐量为4481万公吨。

莫哈末枚丹日前在民都鲁港口第21届股东常年大会结束后，对媒体表示，液化天然气（LNG）船和货柜，依旧是公司去年最大的营业额贡献者。

一同出席大会的，还包括主席丹斯里阿里韩沙。

“去年，民都鲁港口成功取得合约，为油气相关公司如国油勘探、国油Floating LNG和砂拉越墨菲石油（Murphy Oil），提供基地支援服务，为期3至5年。”

他解释，服务包括提供贮存空间（仓库和开放式空间）、物料搬运设备、客运处理、领航、公供应集装箱运输单位和其他服务。

莫哈末枚丹称，民都鲁港口将继续专注于其他关键增长业务，及提升处理特定货柜的效率，为潜在的收入贡献者服务，例如棕油、货柜、肥料、木片、棕仁产品和生物质能。

民都鲁港口旗下民都鲁港口散货船私人有限公司（简称BBSB），去年的货柜吞吐量达365万公吨，是自2004年营运以来的最高成就。

“BBSB主要的客户，是领导型全球棕油公司——丰益（WIlmar），也包括砂拉越主要棕油公司，如森那美（SIME，4197，主板贸服股）、砂拉越油棕（SOP，5126，主板种植股）和Kirana。”

这些公司利用设备出口原棕油和提炼产品。去年，有95%的棕油产品，都是通过BBSB处理。

至于沙马拉祖（Samalaju）工业港口私人有限公司（简称SIPSB）的表现，去年的总货柜量扬至45万19公吨，其中，进口和出口分别是40万3944公吨和4万9074公吨。

民都鲁港口首季净利涨26%

（吉隆坡23日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）截至3月31日首季，净利涨26.06%至5059万5000令吉；营业额扬13.50%，录得1亿6105万1000令吉。

根据文告，营业额增加主要来自液化天然气、散装肥料、氧化铝，集装箱和铁合金货物处理业务。

另外，公司的开销从9722万令吉走高至9945万令吉，主要是因处理货物的服务合约费用，及维修疏浚费用增加。

该公司披露，在民都鲁港口，处理液化天然气船运仍是主要的收入来源。其他货物包括棕油、散装肥料、石油产品和木材，预计为公司带来乐观收入。

萨马拉度港将投运

此外，萨马拉度工业港口，将于今下半年开始全面投入运作。

尽管预计收入增长，但设备、基础设施和特许权资产的摊销成本，以及回教债券融资费用，将影响公司整体业绩。【e南洋】

营业额虽增 民都鲁港口次季净利跌

（吉隆坡24日讯）尽管营业额增加，民都鲁港口（Bintulu Port Holdings Bhd）第二季净利按年下跌20.5%。

民都鲁港口今日向大马交易所公布，截至6月杪次季营业额从上财年同期的2990万令吉，降至2380万令吉；营业额则增12.5%至1亿5430万令吉，同期为1亿3720万令吉。

“营业额增长主要来自液化天然气、集装箱、散装化肥和其他服务。”

净利则受累于开销增至1亿2017万令吉，相比同期的1亿837万令吉。

“开销增加是在港口处理货物，以及散装货物设施、港口基础设施与设备的维护工作。”

“Samalaju Industrial Port私人有限公司（SIPSB）也确认了租赁特许资产摊销、其他特许基建和设备摊销相关支出，以及回教债券相关融资成本。”

2017财政年首半年，民都鲁港口的净利略增6.2%至7440万令吉，同期为7010万令吉；营业额自3亿1540万令吉，扬13%至2亿7910万令吉。

展望未来，由于开销增加，该集团保持谨慎态度。

“虽然营业额有所增长，但确认Samalaju的租赁特许资金摊销、其他特许基建和设备摊销，以及回债融资成本，将对集团整体表现造成下行影响。”

民都魯港口提供支援 成馬石油主要LNG樞紐

（吉隆坡24日訊）馬石油（Petronas）指出，民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主要板貿服）將于未來3年在砂拉越民都魯港口，提供支援馬石油液化天然氣（LNG）儲罐的氣化和冷卻（GUCD）服務，旨在將后者打造成其中最重要的液化天然氣樞紐。

馬石油發布文告指出，子公司馬石油液化天然氣公司（Petronas LNG Ltd）近日已與民都魯港口子公司民都魯港口私人有限公司簽署相關諒解備忘錄。

馬石油在文告指出，上述GUCD服務目的在儲罐冷卻到低溫溫度前（即零下攝氏160度），將液化天然氣運輸船上的儲罐引入一個自然情況中。

“民都魯港口的GUCD服務將在2018年投入營運，旨在將民都魯港口打造成其中最重要的液化天然氣樞紐，同時是全世界少數提供上述設施的港口。馬石油在民都魯的液化天然氣項目（Petronas LNG Complex）工廠將負責供應液化天然氣的氣化服務。”

另簽轉移服務協議

“為支援上述GUCD服務，民都魯港口將提供頗具吸引力的港口及海事服務費用，這將進一步減低液化天然氣船運營商的成本。”

在另一份文告中，馬石油指出，馬石油液化天然氣公司也與Argo Engineering私人有限公司和Eastport Marine私人有限公司簽署2年期服務協議，以在納閩提供液化天然氣船對船的轉移服務。
