Dear Valued Customer,
Regarding this problem, we strongly suggest that you remove all RO programs from your computer so that we could guide you step by step throughout the installation process from the begining. Please follow the steps given below:
1. Uninstall all RO programs and delete the whole Gravity folder.
2. <optional> Please copy the whole content of the Version 11.1 CD into a folder inside your hardisk.
3. Run the Installation RO The Rachel version from the file you have just copied or directly from the installation disk.
4. Do not worry that there is no problem if you follow our step to install. Please make sure that the pc have enough of disk space to install the game and the Internet connection is connected in stable line.
Note: Please close all the unnecessary program such as anti-virus, firewall and etc to avoid data transfering from our server to your PC is not blocked while patching. Thank you.
