Responsibilities
•        Supervise and manage resources so that the resources are fully maximized to ensure that fleet is sufficient to meet operations
•        monitor limousine bookings daily and in advance to ensure that sufficient resources are deployed

•        Communicate and ensure that procedures and processes are adhered to by Chauffeurs

•        Maintain close contact with client and develop strong relationships
•        Responsible for achieving sales targets and growth
•        Handling and ensuring of accurate billing to customer

Requirements
•        Preferably Singaporean or PR
•        Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
•        Pay will be commensurate with experience
•        GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma with at least 2 years experience in Transport / Logistics / Service industry
•        Possess Class 3 Driving License
•        Able to multi task, independently and work under pressure
•        Mature and possess good people management skills with good analytical and problem solving ability

以下是工作内容：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.        Check supplier’s invoices against our PO and perform invoice verification in SAP.
2.        Follow up discrepancies in supplier’s invoices (quantity and price) with the purchasing department.
3.        For those invoices without SAP PO, liaise with Department Manager, ensure proper approvals are obtained prior to processing of payment and reimbursements.
4.        Perform monthly reconciliation of A/P subsidiary account with GL.  Perform monthly reconcile of supplier’s statement against our record. Perform inter-company reconciliation and quarterly confirmation. Highlight discrepancies to Accounts Executive and follow up with suppliers promptly to resolve discrepancies noted.
5.        Perform monthly bank reconciliation. Highlight to Accountant and Finance Manager on long outstanding items or discrepancies noted.
6.        Perform monthly reconciliation of GST report and prepare GST return.
7.        Periodic monitoring of foreign currencies requirement base on incoming stocks and highlight to Accounts Executive on the currencies needs promptly.
8.        Arrange monthly payment to Suppliers for those due accounts.  For long outstanding invoices unable to settle with Suppliers (eg. Discrepancies waiting for Credit Notes, stock returns), highlight to Accounts Executive promptly.
9.        Arrange advance and urgent payment to trade vendors as and when require.  Ensure alertness in details and accurate checking of invoices to avoid duplication of payment.
10.    Timely preparation of banking documents eg banker’s guarantee, L/Cs, bills of exchange, and follow up with bank to ensure bank documents are issued according to our application instructions. Any discrepencies noted highlight to Accounts Executive immediately.
11.   Promptly update bank charges receive from bank and ensure charges are accurate computed by bank.  Any irregularity in charges, highlight to Accountant promptly.
12.        Responsible for creation and maintenance of new vendors record in the SAP System.
13.        Promptly and accurately update of general ledger transactions in SAP.
14.        Prepare audit schedules as and when requested by Accountant.
15.        Assist in Sales Analysis Reconciliation against General Ledger.
16.   Assist in monthly GIRO payment to sundry vendors.
17.   Assist in generating Debit Notes, Credit Notes, computation of Sales Staff commission, as and when required.
18.   Assist in maintaining fixed assets registered, such as addition, disposal and monthly depreciation run.  Ensure cost and depreciation is taken up correctly.  Perform physical tagging of fixed assets.
19.    Assist in monthly recurring journals run based on budgeted figures.
20.        Assist in monthly management reports preparation.  Ensure timeliness & accuracy in preparation.
21.        This job description is to be used as a guide and covers only the primary functions and responsibilities. It is not to be construed as a complete list of duties.

SECONDARY FUNCTION      
1.        To assist in GL closing.
2.        To assist in preparation of Management reports.        
3.           Participate in the annual stock checking exercise to ensure physical stock is balance with the book
