我也是那边的买主 ！你么没说的话我到没发现ＳＡＭＰＬＥ ＨＯＵＳＥ楼上的围墙和我们想在的有高低之分！还 ...

我们给发展商的回信。
Hi Joanne,
With reference to your replied dated 24 Nov 2011, we would like to further clarify that the fact was, during the launch period, there do have certain buyer were informed by your sales representative that the power cable would construct at underground for this development (Cube 166). So, deposit has paid after that, followed by S&P signing and loan agreement. There are even majority of us (buyers) were understood the power transmittal line to be constructed as similar as JP at underground, located Jalan JP3/1 and JP3/2, thus without further query.
However, over the last two weeks, we have found the overhead cables are constructed on site (at block A, B, C, D, E, F) whereby such installation are totally contradicted with the earlier oral agreements. We are truly frustrated with your company which did not keep the words previously mentioned at underground power cables...
Please be informed that we do not accept the both reasons from your office that the sales person “never attend to this matter”, or false statement made due to unaware or unfamiliar with the technical subject. Likewise, the sales persons are to be capable and experienced in the way that understand the company products prior selling to the customer, as they acted on behalf of your company to serve every customers, every words/info receiving from them shall treated as oral agreement, and without doubt, this agreement was formed during the time of communication.
We would therefore, request your office to revert on this matter by laying down the power cables into underground as per your initial “gentlemen’s agreement”, otherwise reasonable reimbursements are required from your office accordingly.
We look forward to your reply before 01 Dec 2011, as well as official letter from MBJB regarding the first floor dividing wall.

请发展商给个合理的理由，别再畏畏缩缩。
系列名称取的好，当时还没看屋子，看到路灯的广告叫什么“方林园”就觉得很吸引人。
希望发展商可以做出好的屋子，还我一个好的方林园！！！ |

其实你们买时才两百多千，即使有点瑕疵也够让人艳羡了。其实为什么不找nusajaya那带的？
还有，cube的墙壁从照片看起来很薄，是一层砖还是两层的啊？我是说和邻居相邻那幅墙。
最近忙到鬼酱，就少上了。不过隔两三天还是会上的，就是少回复了。 |

其实你的想法不对。买便宜了不是我们的错，卖便宜也不是可以胡乱完成工程的理由。
当初选择东北区是因为亲戚在那，家人有人照应。
Cube Phase 1 是砖墙，而Phase 2 是泥水墙。应该是一层。
我从八月到现在差不多每个周末都在马来。
这个周末如果没事的话再找你出来吃饭。
再联络！
12月1号新加：这个周六又要去“示威”了。不能找你出来了。对不起！ |

我们只吃亏一次...可是他们就理亏一世.....
如果再是这样"建成"你这名字是臭定了...
在网上打广告是免费的,更本不用出半份钱.
然后再打给记者朋友们...上一个南柔版也应该足够了吧......
你傻,可是这里的买家可不傻....已经忍无可忍了..
是要逼到人家说难听的话才甘愿..... |

其二，他在新山做地砖有达15年之久；
其三，他做的屋子完成品不会差；
问题出现在他们很有诚意地说要约我们出来谈；
如今连一封电邮、一通电话、一度屁都没有，这叫诚意？
问题给了他却无声无息。
别离题，请问可以去哪里投诉他们的专业吗？ |
