I read an article. It said 2010 to 2020 will be property boom in Malaysia especially after election, next 5 years will be golden years which it will catch with regional areas like hk, sin & even thai. If that is truth, terrace house will hit 1 mil ink e near future. |

The article is just for your reference. They can said anything. Do they tell you when the property crash? Do they tell you when the global crisis is going to happen? Buying property it depends on your luck and gut. It all depend how the goverment develop the country.

It is just an information to share. There is risk in all investment. For those buying for own stay. Will have minimize impact on it. No offence to anyone.  |
