Cube 发展商 - IntraJaya Murni 越来越没有诚意了！（一楼有事件演变表）

其实我很想请问一下发展商，如果换作今天这是你们买的屋子，你们也应该无法接受这么丑陋的电线吧。都什么年代了，还有那个花园使用这样的天线呢？
我们并不是要求发展商做到很完美，但至少把电线拉成和JP3 的一样，这应该也不会太过分吧。
Intrajaya Murni 的第一个Project 应该不能这么的失败吧，正所谓好事不出门，坏事传千里。你们的信誉难道打算被Cube166 给毁了吗？

对，无论如何发展商都要作出改变，那些满天飞的天线真的是让人无法接受。第一个发展项目都做得那么失败，一传十，十传百，那边有百多户的家庭，消息传出去之后谁还敢买他们以后发展的产业。

买家给发展商的信！

Dear Joanne,

I believe you’d receive the news from us, owners of Cube 166, unhappiness regarding the way of your company handling ours raised issues. They were conflicting answer from your staffs since we raised the query.

Our main concerns are as follows:
1) Unstandardize M&E design on Power Transmittal Line in JP3 Precinct. Houses at Jalan JP3/1 and 3/2 built by JP in years ago were all underground transmittal but Jalan JP3/3 onwards built by Intrajaya Murni were all overhead transmittal (Please refer to attach photos for better understanding). The overhead cable had spoilt the aesthetic of Cube 166 design. Purchasers were all the while been expected the M&E work supposed to be alike with the current JP3 houses. We'd like to know the reason why the M&E designed in such a way? Please clarify.

2) Common party wall at 2nd storey balcony were altered much lower than the one as-built in Show Unit and shown in SnP. Answer from your side were this is due to local authority requirement. Under Clause 13 of our SnP, we understand that developer may amend the design if there were requirement from the Appropriate Authority. Now we would like to see the official letter from the Appropriate Authority for the amendment on design.

来来回回几趟。总算成功拿回了deposit.这一趟让我看到了他们服务的质素实在“一流”,太极也推得比张三丰还厉害。前无古人，后无来者。
还好后来买了sexxa bukxt inxxh的房子。虽然贵了1xxK,觉得物有所值。不然我会每天会内牛满脸的塞custom.感恩！
在此希望各位买主可以从发展商那里拿到应该有的东西。申诉成功。加油！

许久没来却看见了cube166买主们现在面对了如此问题，真是替你们不值。

个人觉得如果当初发展商为了销售房屋而把本来计划中不可能实行的事隐瞒买家，在商场上是很不道德，很不可取的。

对于这样的问题，发展商不应该逃避或以简单的书面回应来肤浅了事这次的问题。他们应该和买主们面对面讨论及协商如何解决买主们的顾虑，已达到双赢的局面。

最后希望cube 166的买主们能一起努力把这次的事解决。

两败俱伤是我最不想看到的局面。

我们一直以来都对这个发展商挺满意的，但这次的老鼠屎真的坏了整锅粥。

这还不是最糟的。最糟是它们敷衍了事，还想把责任推到我太太身上，说什么出国前已经把电话号码给她了，是她没打来。
问题是我太太只是传信息给她说买家们的不满，它们却把她当成了发起人！好像变成了她的错！
