用了p1四天,还满意他的表现。比起我用RM90 streamyx 512 , RM99 p1 1.2 快多了。 |

大家过来,教大家怎样用email写complaint letter 有兴趣的可以参考.

My connection having problem on 23-10-2009 10.00pm to 25-10-2009
and i want complaint p1 careline tell me they start repair on 24-10-2009 4.30pm . 23-10-2009 10.00pm got problem , but after 12 HOur only start repair.
can i request waive HALF MONTH ( 15 DAY ) connection fee for technician service problem .
please reply me as soon as posible , thanks you!

I am writing in to lodge an official complaint of the connection problem I encountered between 23-10-2009 10.00pm to 25-10-2009.
I would like to also highlight that P1 careline had failed to rectify my connection problem as soon as you received my complaint on 10:00PM, October 23, 2009. Alas, the repair work was carried out only on 4:30PM next day.
With abovementioned dissatisfactions, I believe I am entitled to a 15 days waiver of monthly subscription fees.
I would appreciate your reply as soon as possible, thank you.

已经好几天, 网速超级慢
连电邮都开不到
不晓得是P1的问题,还是用量的问题
(因为我们怀疑某位室友有下载戏,可是他死不承认)
有什么办法可以检查我们的用量有没有超过限制吗? |

rm90 是 streamyx combo的配套。普通streamyx 是rm66 + rm 25 如果没错 。 |

两者的费用算起来也是相差无几..streamyx少很多杂费
这么多ISP里头 P1的activation & registration fee是数一数二的 |

你apply过streamyx吗?activate , register 都要给钱的。maxis也一样要给 
可能streamyx现在改了吧。但他们也收了很久.
