我去 Payonline 想还我的 TNB bill, 但payonline 要我填"bill no" 我找来找去都找不到我的TNB bill 有"bill no", 你们知道在哪里吗？？ |

hong leong bank 的credit card service超烂，6月头刚申请到，第一的月的bill没寄给我，又没告诉我statement date 是几时，connect的 pin number又不寄给我，害我late payment 被charge penalty！
原来我的bill是每个月12号，就是我刚拿到card 后一个星期就出bill了，是5月的bill，没收到。
6月的bill 还要我打去问才告诉我amount，那叫我check online！肚烂没收到pin 要怎样log in，又说我的地址错，地址错的话，card怎样寄到我家叻！
我说再不收到我就要cancel card了！结果才寄给我pin number让我log in HL connect，结果看到我6月的bill没有rebate 到，就打去问，CS一开始说不是跟statement date 算得，是每个月的28号算一个cycle，又说我没刷超过10次，我就看着我的bill一个一个算给她听，超过10个，她又推说是要下个月才会rebate 进我的bill。靠！5月的bill 没10次，我了解，7月收6月的bill又没rebate，要8月收7月的bill，拿6月的rebate？什么道理？
最后CS 说会去跟有关部门了解后3天call回我，结果我给了她5天，3天工作天，2天是weekend，还是没call我，我又打去complaint，拿case number，7月23号到现在都没回复！ |

有时候客服就是这样死板板的，跟着预定的稿子读。
不过6月的花费的确是在7月28号才会进账，你的bill是7月12号，所以看不到。我刚刚在online banking看到我的rebate了。所以这个月的bill payment就可以扣掉这个部分。

原来WISE是不可以在外国买杂货的
被他们骗了rm40
还好有maybank的双卡，应该要继续用他们的了 |

恭喜你拿到rebate了
transaction是根据posting date，每个月1号到月底。比如说你在26号刷卡，但是posting date是下个月的1号，该笔交易是属于下个月的。
如果你刚刚好只有十次交易，就要避免在月尾消费。

kitty mao ， 因它有说明 了 只给 国内的 3间 popula 的 电信 而已 ，
那就是 DIGI , MAXIS 和 celcom 。。。

We would like to advise you that customer must spend minimum 10 times of RM50 each in any retail transaction - tracked based on calendar month (and not statement cycle. Transaction count will be based on POSTING DATE.Customer would be awarded cash back for the categories that customer have registered/enrolled for (including the mobile category) by the 28th of the following month (all cash back at fixed on 28 of the month). Please also take note that maximum cashback is RM100 per month across all categories. Example : Cash Rebates will be credited on 28th February, for eligible transactions posted between 1 Jan to 31 Jan

我在网上申请 信用卡，有位女的打来了。但也很匆匆忙忙的要我准备资料就赶着盖了，一点解释卡的用处和我该选择什么消费卡。 所以我不是很想 Fax 回给她 ==。 这里有那位agent 是专业的可以联络我 017-9888010. 我其实已经有 citibank credit card n standard charted credit card 了。 看到 HLB wise 好像很好酱～～～ 也看中这次的旅行bag ~~ |

要方便计算就建议你每个月只刷到20号
要计划好来
WISE虽然是给最高的rebet，但限制也是最多的
rebet是根据tansaction date的
