Responsibilities:
• Develop new customer database and service exiting customers including planning and organizing sales call schedule and customer visits.
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotation on a timely manner.
• Build close rapport with customers and to identify customer current and future requirements.
• Provide product, technical support and after sales service to customer when required.
• Perform all other related Sales/Marketing related duties as assigned from time to time.
• Ensure sales report and prepared and submitted timely which include collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information and market trends.
2. Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Provide product, technical support and after sales service to customer when required.
• Prepare application materials for seminar & exhibition presentation.
• Support sales team to size up project inquiry technical issue.
• Sources the right products for customer need & project inquiry.
• Support customer in hardware and software problems
• Work with sales team to expand and extend company product and services.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering, IT or Computer studies.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self motivated sales driven and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
We offer an attractive salary and fringe benefits package to suitable candidates.
• EPF, Socso, Bonus
• Yearly Company Trip
• Medical/Dental Allowance
• 5 working days, 9 to 6pm
• Opportunity to oversea training

During the internship period, you will be exposed to:-
i. Industrial PC setup, installation & troubleshooting
ii. PC-based data acquisition cards hardware set up and software programming.
iii. PC-based motion controls hardware set up and software programming.
iv. PC-based machine vision hardware set up and software programming.
Requirements:
• Preferable student who studies in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering, IT or Computer studies.
• Knowledge in writing programming languages (C, C++, C # & etc) will add advantages.
