在空手道比赛里如果你是BOXING或泰手的话很容易被FOUL OUT。因为要收回拳和踢，而且只能正拳不能用HOOK等。

其实我是上个月看martial art官方网站来的消息，之后我刚刚去check下

KUALA LUMPUR - Dilema dua atlet taekwondo, Elaine Teoh dan Chee Chew Chan untuk beraksi di Sukan Olimpik berakhir dengan berita gembira apabila mereka disahkan boleh bertanding di Beijing, Ogos ini.

Jaminan itu diberikan Menteri Belia dan Sukan selepas bersetuju menarik balik penggantungan Persatuan Taekwondo Malaysia (MTA).

Setiausaha Agung MTA, T. Kumar berkata, ramai yang tersalah anggapan pertemuan dengan menteri, pejabat pesuruhjaya sukan dan Majlis Sukan Negara sebelum pilihan raya lalu hanya untuk menubuhkan jawatankuasa ad-hoc bagi tujuan mendaftar semula MTA.

"Sebenarnya pada pertemuan itu, menteri telah bersetuju menarik balik pembatalan pendaftaran MTA yang dibuat sebelum ini.

"Jawatankuasa ad-hoc itu hanyalah untuk menyusun semula MTA dan menyelesaikan masalah dalaman yang berlaku.

"Oleh itu, MTA kini adalah sebuah persatuan sukan yang sah dan ingin saya tegaskan, dua atlet taekwondo kita juga sudah sah ke Beijing tanpa sebarang masalah lagi," katanya.

Taekwondo: MTA still deregistered

Elyas said the problem is that two parties are claiming to be the legal representatives of MTA.


SPORTS Commissioner Tan Sri Elyas Omar stands firm that the the Malaysia Taekwondo Association's (MTA) deregistration has not been revoked despite the national body claiming so.

In fact, Elyas said revoking MTA's deregistration and reregistering the association is the main reason why Sports Minister Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said approved the setting up of an ad-hoc committee.

Another reason for the ad-hoc committee, said Elyas, was due to a split in MTA with two parties claiming to be the legal office bearers.

However, Raja Taharuddin Raja Nong Chik -- who assumed the position of MTA president after a vote-of-no-confidence was passed against Ho Kham Paw, is adamant that the association which was deregistered on May 6, 2005 is back in business based on Azalina's July 6, 2007 statement which said she had agreed to reinstate the national body pending it meeting several "Aku Janji" made.

In fact, Raja Taharuddin did not attend the ad-hoc committee meeting at Elyas' office in Bukit Jalil and when contacted, said he saw no reason for the formation of the committee.

Elyas, however, said there was no other choice and the committee was only formed after an initial meeting with the different taekwondo bodies, including Raja Taharuddin, on Jan 16.

Malaysia facing international ban

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia are facing suspension from international taekwondo because of government interference in their affairs, a senior official said yesterday.

T. Kumar, secretary general of the Malaysian Taekwondo Association (MTA), said that a dispute with Sports Commissioner Tan Sri Elyas Omar could threaten their participation at the Beijing Olympics in August.

The MTA were deregistered in 2005 because they refused to give voting rights to clubs. However, under an agreement with Sports Minister Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said in July, they back-tracked and were allowed to resume operations.

According to media reports, Elyas is still refusing to recognise the MTA.

所以以上的几道新闻，我是过去式了，至于Elaine Teoh 可能不能出赛，
因为那个糊里糊涂的教练交错weight给奥委会，她可能会去打重一点，但是赢得%很低。
为什么？一个原本瘦的选手去增加重量去打，动作和速度会有问题。
只有MTA的公会真的很乱，我现在hold着Referee考试，现在MTA要和MTCA联盟，可是MTF就不要。
如果一旦考取了MTCA的试，最怕MTF不接受，到最后还是作废。
所以，现在MTA必须和连个联合去来，那么考试的话就全部都能有效

2004~2006年 考了 GTF 黑帶一段   (因為太蛇了SO升得有點慢)
2006年未 偷偷的跑到 ITF 考了  黑帶一段 (因為陪朋友,我很有義氣吧)
2007~2008年 到臺灣 留學 哪裡沒 ITF>F 想去比賽   只好在考一次 WTF 的黑帶  也是一段的
