IMW澄清未參與 收購《焦點大馬》

（吉隆坡1日訊）Circle International Holdings Ltd旗下全資子公司Inno Mind Works私人有限公司（簡稱IMW）澄清，公司並未參與收購財經週刊《焦點大馬》（Focus Malaysia）。

IMW發布聲明指出，拿督葉振輝（Dato Michael Yip)是公司其中一位董事，他已澄清有關收購計劃，實屬他個人之投資意向。

葉振輝也發布聲明澄清，有關交易提議仍在進行中，而且是他個人投資意向，IMW並不涉及投資。

“如有上述收購的進一步消息，相關單位將適時發布正式文告。”

他們是針對媒體上週報導，指IMW創辦人兼董事經理拿督葉振輝收購《焦點大馬》一事，作出澄清。

“Astro Awani”上週報導，葉振輝確認本身已收購《焦點大馬》股權，但不會作出全收購。

雖然換了新東家，但HCK資本集團執行主席丹斯里許志國確認，此版物並未關閉。《焦點大馬》是由HCK資本集團（HCK，7105，主要板工業）旗下HCK媒體出版。

《星報》報導，《焦點大馬》員工是于上周四（22日）被告知上述消息。消息更指出，新東家只會保留三分一的現有員工。【中国报财经】

1. INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of HCK wishes to announce that, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, HCK Builders Sdn Bhd (“HBSB”) has on 12 February 2019 issued a letter of award to Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd (“KPMSB”), an unrelated third party contractor. The letter of award is in respect of construction of main building for a proposed development project located at Lot 74746, Persiaran Subang Permai, Subang Jaya, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Development Land”). The total contract value is Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Eighty Million Only (RM280,000,000.00) (“Contract Sum”). INFORMATION ON KPMSB KPMSB is a subsidiary of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) which is involved in construction activities. 4. RATIONALE The award of the Contract is for HCK to appoint a main contractor for the development of the Development Land into an integrated education city. 5. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The award of the Contract will not have any effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company.
