ESTIMA / VELLFIRE / ALPHARD / CAMRY / VIOS/LEXUS ...Steering Wheel / Undercarriage (kok kok kok -noise) when driving on even road .
Reason :-
The power steering system( FLUID ) improved to the EPS(electric power steering) to reduce engine lose of power by vane pump !
The power steering turning assist by the electric motor ,gear & gear will be wear and tear to be come the extra free space , The knocking noise be occurs when u crossing the bumpy and unven road .some knocking noise (KOK KOK KOK) come from LHS also some vehicle knocking noise come from steering wheel !
1-Steering Rack internal wear and tear ,the knocking noise come from the extra SPACE(clearance)
2-steering intermediate shaft (coupling) wear & tear
Solution:-
We will repairing & set back to the spec ((((rack & shaft)))) (Just RM2++), If out of spec the worse parts need to replace !
Need to test drive and inspect all the suspension condition before adjustment!
RESOLVE :- ( 1 ) CHANGE THE NEW SET OF STEERING RACK & SHAFT ( HIGHER COST & EXPENSIVE )
( 2 ) READJUST AND REPAIRING JUSTRM2++ -( NO NEED SPEND MORE TO SOLVE THE TERRIBLE NOISE )
WE ARE SPECIALIST TO SOLVE THE ESTIMA/VELLFIRE/ALPHARD/LEXUS ( KNOCKING NOISE)!

-New set (original) - high cost
-Recond set - medium cost
