应该不会吧！IPTA非常便宜。Diploma三年大概RM2500。

469,500 places in universities for SPM leavers
January 14, 2011
KUALA TERENGGANU, Jan 14 — A total of 469,500 places in local universities nationwide have been made available for those with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification or its equivalent.

Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said besides public universities, students also had the opportunity to further their studies in private universities, Form Six, Bachelor of Education programmes under the Education Ministry and preparation for overseas programmes.

He said students who did not achieve good results in their SPM should choose to pursue a certificate programme in public or private training institutions or community colleges.

“When the Higher Education Ministry, through the University Central Unit (UPU), was given the responsibility of co-ordinating student application into training institutions, we see that they did not do well in their exams so we can plan them for skills certificates.

“This way we can overcome a problem faced by the country whereby students enter the job market with only an SPM qualification. Now we are planning so that these students are also equipped with skills certificates,” he said.

He was speaking to reporters after the launching of the Karnival Jom Masuk U (Let’s Enter University Carnival) by Terengganu Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Said here today.

Khaled said his ministry was also planning to mainstream diploma programmes in local universities in an effort to empower the diploma programme as a choice of study for holders of the SPM or its equivalent.

Besides that, he said several other proposals were being studied which included introducing new programmes in local universities and polytechnics.

About 40,000 visitors, especially students, are expected to throng the two-day carnival involving 20 local universities and several private institutions.

Apart from Terengganu, the carnival will also be held in 10 other locations throughout the country until April 3, with its closing to be done by Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin at the The Mines International Exhibition Centre, Sri Kembangan, Selangor. — Bernama

    mara和politeknik都是工艺~只是politeknik属于技职教育~mara就不是teknik和vokasional的

    就跟普通政府大学一样咯（反正都不能进所以也没去了解）
