Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company, from Zhujing Town Relocation, Resettlement and Reconstruction Housing Office under Shanghai Municipal People's Government of the People's Republic of China.
The Board of Directors of Kim Hin Industry Berhad ("The Company") was notified by Kim Hin Ceramic (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.  ("KHCSH"), a subsidiary of the Company on even date that KHCSH had entered into Non-residential Property Relocation Compensation Agreement ("Agreements") with Zhujing Town Relocation, Resettlement and Reconstruction Housing Office ("the Housing Office") under Shanghai Municipal for the proposed acceptance of relocation compensation for partial of the land located at Zhujing Development Area, Jinshan District, Shanghai, People's Republic of China, together with non-commercial buildings erected thereon ("Affected Land Area and Properties") by KHCSH for a total relocation compensation amount of Chinese Yuan (CNY) 60,181,864 ("Relocation Compensation Amount") or equivalent to approximately RM35,790,155.  The above collectively refer as "Proposed Acceptance of Relocation Compensation". Remark  :  The amendment is made to the total relocation compensation amount equivalent in Ringgit Malaysia to approximately RM35,790,155 instead of RM35,729,973 to rectify the inadvertent error. Please refer to the attachment for details of the Proposed Acceptance of Relocation Compensation. This announcement is dated 27th day of November 2019.

Further to the announcement made on 27 November 2019, the Board of Directors of Kim Hin Industry Berhad (“The Company”) has now been notified by Kim Hin Ceramic (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. (“KHCSH”), a subsidiary of the Company on even date that KHCSH has received the full relocation compensation amount of Chinese Yuan (CNY) 60,181,864 (“Relocation Compensation Amount”) from Zhujing Town Relocation, Resettlement and Reconstruction Housing Office (“the Housing Office’) under Shanghai Municipal  People’s Government of the People of the Republic of China pursuant to the Non-residential Property Relocation Compensation Agreement for the  expropriation of portion of land held by the Company under No. 655, Xian Ju Road, Zhujing Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai together with non-commercial properties erected thereon (“the Transaction”). The Transaction is not completed yet as the reconstruction of the replacement buildings and related facilities are still in progress, hence KHCSH is unable to compute the resulting gain on the disposal. The Company will make a final announcement once the transaction is completed. The announcement is dated on 12th day of May 2020.

Description	KIM HIN INDUSTRY BERHAD ("KIM HIN" OR THE "COMPANY")RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF UNCONDITIONAL VOLUNTARY TAKE-OVER OFFER FROM UOB KAY HIAN (M) SDN BHD (FORMERLY KNOWN AS UOB KAY HIAN SECURITIES (M) SDN BHD) ON BEHALF OF KIM HIN (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD AND CHUA SENG HUAT (COLLECTIVELY, THE "JOINT OFFERORS")
The Board of Directors of Kim Hin ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board had on 4 July 2025, received a notice of unconditional voluntary take-over offer ("Notice") from UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd), on behalf of the Joint Offerors, to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Kim Hin not already held by the Joint Offerors ("Offer Share(s)") for a cash consideration of RM0.85 per Offer Share ("Offer"). A copy of the Notice is enclosed in this announcement and the Notice will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares within 7 days from the date of this announcement. This announcement is dated 4 July 2025.
