曾经有出现过suspend，然后开出来的时候就只有force selling。（contra leg或没有钱持票）

something is so so so wrong with the financial report. The profit more than turnover. possible? Turnover only 22m vs profit 78m?!!
Really wonder is it accounting problem or this is real fact????Need to write to Bursa and clarify it.....be more careful for this stock....

We would like to draw your attention to our 3rd Quarter Financial Report for the financial period ended 31 October 2010 referred to in your email.

For your information , the profit of approximately RM78 million was arrived after taking into account the Group's assessment of the fair value of its investment properties. As explained in Note (9) to the said report , you will notice that there was an excess of approximately RM80 million arising from the above exercise. Under the relevant financial reporting standards , this excess amount was recognised as a non-operating income in the financial statements. Accordingly , it was not taken up as part of the Group's turnover.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further clarification on the matter above. In the meantime , we would like to thank you for your continued support and interest in our Group.
