这股曾经去到7块， 不过往事不要再提了。
Wimax 成本比3g低，覆盖也比较好。
看到报道wimax 可以用wimax phone, 不知可不可以跟流动电话竞争。
价格已经很不错了， min RM49， 很少这样便宜了，
随着客户增加， 应该有可为。明年应该可以减少广告，今年广告特别多，去到哪里都看到。

Firm eyes stake in foreign WiMAX licensee

Green Packet Bhd (0082), a telecommunications and broadband service provider, plans to buy a stake in a foreign WiMAX licensee by the end of this year as it expands its wireless broadband business outside the country.

The company is currently in advanced talks with a few WiMAX licensees.

"We definitely want to secure one more WiMAX licence by the end of this year," group chief executive officer and managing director Puan Chan Cheong told Business Times in an interview.

He said the size of the stake depends on an applying country's regulations.

"In most of Southeast Asian countries, except Singapore, it doesn't allow foreign companies to own majority stakes.
"But (even with a minority stake) we can still improve our situation because we have the operating expertise and experience. We can have an operating partnership by having a shareholder agreement that allows us to manage and operate the company," he added.

Puan declined to reveal the names of its potential partners, but that they are from Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and Cambodia.

Funding will not be an issue, as the company, in its recent rights issue exercise, has raised some RM100 million. The funds will be used to roll out its WiMAX network, or other expansion, if the opportunities arise.

Green Packet, via its subsidiary Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (P1), is offering wireless broadband services in Malaysia using the WiMAX technology.

WiMAX, or Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, is a technology that provides wireless Internet connectivity. It functions like the current popular WiFi technology, but WiMAX is able to cover wider areas and offer faster connection.

Besides eyeing WiMAX licences, the company also aims to beef up its WiMAX consultancy business. So far, it has offered its services to companies in India, Bangladesh and Chile.

"We have helped them (clients) in winning a WiMAX licence, their WiMAX strategic business planning as well as selecting a vendor. We also helped them roll out their network and their go-to-market strategy. We also advised companies on how much to bid for a spectrum.

"We have done jobs for Chile, India and Bangladesh, and we are now looking at the Middle East and Latin America," Puan said.

He added that consultancy business may one day be a significant contributor to the group's turnover, as each job ranges between US$150,000 and US$3 million (RM526,500 and RM10.5 million).

"Operators are willing to pay ... These operators spend hundreds of millions on each rollout. If we can help them save 1 per cent, that's already a lot of money," he said.

淨現金830萬令吉
截至6月30日，綠馳通訊科技持有的淨現金企於830萬令吉。儘管附加股計劃將籌措逾1億令吉，不過達證券指出，綠馳通訊科技在4年內的資本開銷將飆漲至10億令吉，因此或須通過其他管道籌資。
達證券認為，從去年推介以來，綠馳通訊科技針對WiMAX所砸下的資本開銷約為2億7200萬令吉，而此公司也將在未來的兩年內，另投資1億5500萬令吉完成首兩個階段網絡覆蓋範圍，確保達到總人口的40%。
海外拓展計劃在初步階段綠馳通訊科技的海外拓展計劃只屬初步階段，且須與當地夥伴建立聯營關係。
綠馳通訊科技董事經理兼首席執行員潘振祥不願透露潛在海外合作夥伴的身份，不過透露會來自新加坡、印尼、菲律賓及柬埔寨。
他說，由於最近透過發售附加股降籌得1億令吉，因為融資並不成問題，而有關資金將用作推廣WiMAX網絡，若遇上良機，也不排除展開其他的拓展計劃。
達證券維持綠馳通訊科技“賣出”評級，目標價訂在79仙。

请问有谁填好了Green Packet right issue的表格。。
请教一下怎样填。。我看来看去，不确定怎样填，担心填错数字。。

1。a) 如果number of rights shares provisionally alloted是5,000
           number of free warrants provisionally alloted 是5,000
           Part 1 的number of rights shares with free warrants accepted 应该填5,000还是
          10,000?   和 Total amount payable at RM0.50 per rights share with free
          warrants应该填RM2,500?
      b) Part 1的第一行句子In accordance with the terms of this RSF and the Abridged
           Prospectus dated 4 September 2009, I/we hereby irrevocable accept...............Rights
           Shares with free Warrants comprised in the Notice of Provisional Allotment
           在空位我应该填5,000还是10,000?

2。a) 如果我要申请5,000 excess rights shares
           Part 2 的number of rights shares with free warrants applied for 应该填5,000还是
          10,000？和Total amount payable at RM0.50 per rights share with free warrants
          应该填RM2,500?

WIMAX 的确是很高风险的，明年又有YTL 有竞争， 这股太危险了！！！小心！！！

好快。。星期四(到5pm为止)就是递交附加股申请表格和费用的截止日了。。
我在星期二已经把附加股申请表格和费用递交去Registrar那边了。。。
现在就等看申请多余的附加股会不会中咯。。

（吉隆坡）綠馳通訊科技（GPACKET,0082,主板科技組）以249萬9900美元（約馬幣875萬7150令吉），向Idara投資全面收購綠馳網絡W.L.L剩餘49.998%股權，以享有後者全盤管理權與未來盈利增長。

綠馳通訊科技發文告說，將透過內部資金融資，預計在今年第4季完成。

綠馳網絡W.L.L主要負責提供與管理電訊網絡設備，營運地區包括中東、非洲、巴基斯坦與印度。

还有IT Solution业务。。。
