昨天發現車房好像有漏水痕迹,主人房墙也 ...

我拿钥匙了。可是时间不够，所以还没仔细检查defects。楼上的空间封起来做小厅不便宜吧？请问你有没有打算装digital lock？有没有价钱合理的店或网站介绍？

铁花和电动门这个星期6才来报价。
对～客厅只需要拉4条边然后装8个E27灯罩，位置是4粒成菱形，4粒成方形共两个开关。
要找玻璃表面有蒙砂的那种，比较不会刺眼。

You certainly look like a very experienced professional when it comes to renovation work.  I too have recently collected my keys and met with ID to discuss on renovation work for my 5C3 house.  The quotes you have published look very attractive and miles below what my ID had have quoted.  Not sure if you are willing to share the ID of your contractor with me?
