花了RM6,900 买 Berjaya Lottery Vietnam Limited 20%股权...

从12月15日开始shares buy back花了：
13,030,072 - 5,331,932 = 7,698,140 (units) x RM4.2 = RM32,332,188

Total number of shares purchased and/or held as treasury shares against the total number of outstanding shares of the listed issuer (%): 0.96

问题：
业绩越来越差，net current assets已经是负数，哪里来的钱去还债？
半年沒有股息，未来也不知道有沒有股息拿。。
而且在这种时候还花钱进行回购股票用意何在？
对手magnum业绩越来越好，未来前景如何？

    bjtoto 派息率并没有减少，只是之前提早派发股息。这间公司现金非常充裕，现在share buy back 最大可能性是派发special dividen 或者公司有利好消息。如果政府明年批准赌球执照，我不会感到意外，毕竟之前bjtoto 的建议书被前首相驳回。不过将来我国石油收入减少，赤字增加，地下赌球猖獗，合法化赌球可以为政府带来可观的收入。

current liabilities大过current assets很多，并不代表这间公司现金不足。BJTOTO 是BJCORP,BJLAND,BJASSET AND BJMEDIA 的金主。如果有一天BJTOTO 陷入财务危机，以上四间公司也难保自身。

相信两个月内可以冲去4.80. 现在MACD 发出了买入讯号。连续SHARE BUY BACK,动机明显，肥田不入外人田。

如果公司拥有大量债务，管理层不想办法减少债务反而用现金来回购股票，这是好事吗？
就像有一個人欠了銀行RM10m，手上只有RM5m，他对大家说放心，你们看我手上有RM5m，所以我是处于现金充裕的情况。

公司的業務不是製造業, 錢由哪裡來大家很清楚, 不管经濟如何, 它还是会不斷賺现金进來, 只是多还是少.
所以债务根本不是問題, 除非它是製造業, 行業不好时债权人会担心债务問題.
回购股票, 库存股自从上次給了红股后所剩不多, 现在回购股票是对的, 因為价位低了
陳老如果賣票你才需要担心, 他老人家也在回购, 你有什么好怕的?
Magnum業績愈來愈好? 唉, 它肯把錢拿來分股息再說吧
